Everyone I talked to or were on site were professional, Knowledgeable, and really pleasant! They kept me updated during the entire process. They apologized for delays that weren’t even their fault! (Some counties are slower than others in the permitting process.) I would recommend Remi to anyone.

Great teamwork, removing solar panels, removing old roof, putting on new roof, and reinstalling the panels. One week, well scheduled and I was kept apprised of date and time for the arrival of the work crews. Cleanup left no debris. Great job

I was extremely satisfied working with Remi and the local contractors they hired to complete the roofing job at my home here in Vermont, The roofer and the solar company to remove and reinstall the solar panels. The timing of it all was exactly as we discussed at the beginning of the project. Everyone was very professional, did a great job communicating with me and the quality of work was excellent.

Consistent courteous, and honest responses to all our inquiries and calls from the first day to the last. T also goes for the contractors that came out to the house to R+R the solar panels and fix the leaks on the roof they were installed on. Remi Roofing, came to remove and reinstall my solar panels because I was having a new roof installed. The installers Jonathan and Daniel were awesome. They answered all my questions and concerns. Their quality of work was awesome. They forward to me aerial photos of my solar panels after installed. They both went above and beyond. I highly recommend Remi Roofing if you need your solar panels remove for whatever reason and of course the installers Jonathan and Daniel.

The technicians were very efficient and cleaned up when they were done.
Most important, they turned my solar system on and checked it's operation.

I’ll start off by saying I have been fortunate up until now to not need to have a roof replaced on my house this being my first time I had no idea what to do what was going on but my representative Jeff from Remi was amazing. He walked me through the whole process broke everything down step-by-step Went out of the way to accommodate a couple things I want to have done while the roof is being replaced worked with different installers to get me a quote was extremely friendly, not pushy very comfortable to work with and one of the few people I can comfortably say I had a great experience with. He just made me feel confident and well informed throughout the entire process and made sure I knew all my options and was right there next to me the entire process so I like to give a big thank you to Jeff from Remi. From the moment of my first phone call to the day of completion, I was contacted by Remi with the status of my work order. The contractors they hired were just as consistent with the up keep. I would really like to thank all of the staff by name but I may forget a name and that would not be fair to anyone. The company they hired (SOLAR GUARDIANS) to remove and replace my panels were respectful,clean,courteous and quite knowledgeable. The roofers A & F Restorations were on the job bright and early, they were working non stop. Actually they left my yard cleaner than they found it. Any one who is looking to have solar needs to contact REMI. They made every step of the process seamless.

We worked with Sterling at Remi Roofing and he was the most amazing person to work with. We had roof issues due to our solar panels and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Remi removed and reinstalled my solar panels before and after roof replacement. I am very pleased with their customer service —communication and responsiveness. My solar panels are working fine. I would recommend Remi if you want a company to remove and reinstall your solar panels.

Very easy to work with. Everything went as scheduled. The crews were respectful and did a get job. It's a compliment to say I hope I won't need their services again, but I would if I did need to.

$7600 for 16 hours of work (2 men working 8 hours each, $475/hour) to remove solar panels from a roof and put them back all because they told the previous owners the roof was fine (it was rotten). It's a scam. Sunrun is criminal. Remi is Sunrun's removal company. It all sucks

Remi did a great job getting our solar panels removed and then reinstalled following a new roof being put on our house. Their team did a great job and they held to the schedule dates as promised. Communication with them was also timely and responsive.

Other than water being left on, sprinkler unplugged and some trash and extra materials left in yard, I am extremely please with the timeliness and efficiency of REMI.

Remi did everything. Took down the solar, replaced the roof and reattached the solar. One company, competitively priced, and didn’t have to worry about getting a couple of different companies to get the roof done.

As a Realtor, I see lots of businesses SAYING they’ll do one thing, and then not following through. Remi remained professional, attentive, efficient, and thorough through the entire re-roofing process.

As I was getting a new roof I needed my solar panels removed. Remi sent a team out in less than a week and the panels were off. When it was time to reinstall a team was here within 5 days. I was kept informed by Remi and their solar team and received confirmation of date and time for reinstall. The solar reinstall team even called me the morning of to tell me when they would be on-site. I really appreciated this. When finished the solar team cleaned up nicely and made sure that the solar panels were powered up and performing properly. Happy Camper!

I would recommend using Remi if you need help. They arrived when told they would, did the work and cleaned up when done. The put our solar back up after a roof replaced

Jeff helped me to get a quote for replacing my roof. He also gives update to me regularly about the things that i was asking. Though i picked a different contractor to replace my roof due to insurance purposes, Jeff has been good to me, i think he’s honest and easy to reach.

Sun Run has an excellent contracting Partner in Remi, Inc. Schulyer Jarman at Remi proved to be a very trustworthy resource and guide for getting our our existing Solar panels reinstalled on a beautiful new roof.
if you are thinking about replacing your roof and you already have solar panels on it, Remi and All Bay Solar are absolutely the best.
It can be a real dilemma finding companies that do both of these well. The Remi and All Bay Solar teams are highly professional, thorough, tidy and excellent communicators as to what is being done. They are a wonderful group of people. Hard workers that take pride in what they do. I would highly recommend them. They replaced the entire roof along with new plywood where needed. They cleaned up every bit and more.

I was at a total loss of what to do about our leased solar panels when we had a second buyer for our home. The first buyer wanted only to talk to a representative and ask a few questions. He heard the customer service wasn’t good and was concerned that if he had a problem he wouldn’t be able to talk to anyone. Z Abraham was our representative and told us he was our “go to” guy if we ever needed anything. The first buyer was completely turned off after our representative never got back to us until weeks later. I was afraid the we were going to lose the second buyer after trying to reach Z Abraham, again!!! Again , No return call! I finally reached Brandon, who was absolutely amazing and helped me through the entire process and we closed on our home this morning . I think he helped me through some areas that he was not even responsible for. I owe this smooth transition to Brandon. Thank you

Remi was contracted by SunRun to reinstall my solar panels. Everything went well install looks excellent. Crew was friendly, a pleasure to deal with. No negatives that I can think of. I observe each step of the process and they are highly competent and skilled.

Very good experience. I was informed at every step of the process of solar removal and reinstalling of the panels. The roofing company did very nice work. The communication with Remy was the key point. I am a happy customer.

Skye and Brittany were awesome in setting everything up. Brittany was able to pull permits instantly, which helped tremendously as we had a hole in our roof. They had crews out to remove our panels 2 days later and the job was completed within a week! Start to finish the roof was completed quick and efficiently. The new shingles look beautiful. Unfortunately, through no fault of Remi, the solar panel company, Sun Run, has dropped the ball and left us hanging. Our panels are still not working. I have been chasing Sun Run for contracts, the invoice and now properly working equipment. I HIGHLY recommend Remi but not SunRun.

Wow, we are so thrilled with the amazing job Remi did today. They removed our old roof and installed a new one. The crew was amazing used tarps for setup, kept cleaning throughout the project and when finished left our place better than when they started. Our roof looks great. All the workers were professional and friendly. Highly recommend them

These guys did a great job at a quote well under everyone else's. Cleaned up better than they found the place and used the highest quality shingles and underlayment. Also fast and efficient. They even used a magnet on wheels to sweep up all the nails that fell to the ground. I was so impressed I would recommend to anyone else needing a new roof.

Remi’s work team is awesome. In less than four full days they removed solar panels, gave us a new roof, and replaced the panels. They were amazing. They were also upbeat and made me laugh. Also Remi kept us updated with their schedule. AND their contact man, Sky was always available by text if I had questions.

Roof work can be a big project, Remi made it easy. I had a leak caused by the solar installer. The installer was great about it and used Remi for my repairs. Everyone was helpful and responsive. I'd use them again.
