MTM Roofing - Layton, UT

Cannot recommend, We feel like we have been fighting for months to get our roof done. Four times we had to pick out the shingles and metal color (we thought it weird it wasnt just written down or something) each time we also opted in to doing a ridge vent instead of turtle backs and was told it was an additional $800. 4-5 months later after a few times of rescheduling the solar pannel company came out (who we now later found out weren't certified by the manufacturer to work on them, after calling to have tech help us throught the warranty of the pannels, we have been told this company taking them off and re-installing them voids the pannels warranties) they were taken off and leaned against the house for about a month. Now that the pannels are reinstalled, our system isn't working... However, ive got to give credit, the actual roofing team was FAST they had everything stripped and re-shingled that day. Unfortunately, they didn't take time with the metal work, and we have a few issues with drip edges and trim that needs rework. We have now scheduled, rescheduled, and re-rescheduled about once a week since the end of December to come have some issues fixed (the sales guy has came and taken pictures), and yet almost every conversation we have with him is to get them the money and less about fixing these issues (I have stated a few times that once the job is completed including fixing metal work and helping us figure why the pannels aren't working anymore). After the shingles have been laid down, we have been told the price of the ridgvent is now $1,200 "because of the footage of the ridge." I've called, left a voicemail, and texted the company's number all with no communication back other than with the sales person who hasn't seemed like our needs matter as much as getting them paid..
