MTD Building Contractors

We used Matthew Dow of MTD Contracting for our project to install an elevator. He worked seamlessly with the elevator company(National Seating and Mobility) to build out the shaft for the elevator. MTD was meticulous about following the plans. Everything was square and plumb. No adjustments had to be made to the shaft as elevator was being installed. We will use MTD for future projects. Highly recommend.

We use MTD for property management, and for some smaller projects. They’ve been nothing but good to us, and we highly recommend.

We have an unfinished basement and hired MTD to frame in two rooms and finish one of them completely. We were very happy with the whole project, the finished room came out excellent and is just like we imagined it. We will definitely be bringing MTD back to finish the other room in the near future.

When we were beginning to plan the project Matt Dow came onsite and worked with us to help plan out the layout of the room including the total size of the room, door placement, etc. Matt was very accommodating and did a great job of incorporating what we wanted out of the room into the design.

When we were having trouble locating a mechanical contractor to outfit the basement with heating Matt was able to connect us with a contractor and manage that side of the installation as well.

The MTD crew was great to deal with, they were very diligent about managing dust during drywall and the finish on the drywall came out excellent.

It's easy to see why MTD stays so busy, fair prices, quality craftsmanship, and having Matt Dow and Holly West as points of contacts to keep everything in sync. MTD also does a ton for our local community by volunteering their personal time, working with non-profits, investing in our towns, etc. If you have a project in mind I would highly recommend MTD!
