Shane was AMAZING! We had a seller that went under contract with her home and the buyer’s inspection came back with multiple roof leaks that she was not aware of. Of course the buyers were extremely concerned and the seller was very stressed out. I called Shane and he met with her immediately and he was able to get her all taken care of and the buyers had the final approval for the shingle color, etc. The roof went on over 2 days and everything was wrapped up prior to closing. All parties were extremely pleased. I would highly recommend Shane and his company. He truly is a life saver in these high stress situations when owners are selling their property.
