They were professional, understanding and really pinpointed our needs.
Mo was very honest with the condition and explained to us that we do not really need any work done for now.
He came the same day and covered the roof with tarp.
We were happy and definitely will use them again and I will definitely recommend Mr. Roof to friends.
Showed us pictures of all the damage and explained to us step by step what will be done.

Mr. Roof are unethical contractors. They blatantly lied that My Insurance company hired them repeatedly. I received a text message saying that my insurance hired them. My insurance gave me a name of a 3rd party who gave me the name of 5 contractors. My insurance never hired them or contacted them in anyway. I told them to come and do an estimate for my fence and send me the estimate. They got really condensing and told me I do not know how insurance works, and they would need to explain it to me. Apparently, they cannot send me the estimate. I have filed insurance claims before and I always get 3 estimates before proceeding. I do not trust any of the interactions I had with them. They are very pushy! I never want to hear from these people again.

We needed a roof replacement ASAP, after a few calls we went with Mr.Roof- they were professional, understanding and really pinpointed our needs. A few days later, we had a new beautiful roof. Working with Moe and Ray was great, I recommend them to anyone.

We had a small leak coming in from the roof so we had Mr.Roof come take a look at it. Within 10 mins of Mo arriving, he was able to figure out the problem and actually patched it up the same day for a few hundred bucks. We were happy and definitely will use them again and I will definitely recommend Mr. Roof to friends.

Due to the resent winds we noticed some damage to our shingles, decided to call Mr.Roof and we could not be happier. Mo came out and showed us exactly what was wrong and was actually able to patch it up right there. And he charged us a minimum fee and was just amazing.

We just wanted to get an inspection down on our townhouse to see how the condition of the roof is and decided to call Mr.Roof because Mo sounded very professional and offered a free estimate. We were expecting to be informed that something is wrong at least because they would need to make some money. But i was wrong Mo was very honest with the condition and explained to us that we do not really need any work done for now and everything seemed fine. Will definitely called them in the future.

We had some shingles cracked in our roof so decided to call a roofing company before Roof started leaking. We called Mo from Mr.Roof and he came out the next day and complete the inspection. Showed us pictures of all the damage and explain to us step by step what will be done. We decided to hire them and we are happy we made that decision. Work was done professionally and promptly.
