I contacted Casey and he came out within a few days and inspected my roof for possible hail damage. He definitely found some and then helped me communicate with my insurance company. From that point forward, Casey explained the entire process to me in a language I could understand.

Casey also came to my home the day the insurance adjuster arrived, and he even stayed THE ENTIRE THREE HOURS it took for the adjuster to complete the inspection! Wow! I knew then that Casey was committed to seeing this project through to the end.

Once I received the first insurance payment, Casey came over and I chose my shingle color. He said installation would be in about three weeks! I was thrilled, because I'd been hearing about two-and-three month delays from neighbors using other companies.

Imagine my excitement when Casey called a few days later to say the crew would begin the following Monday! Amazing.

The workers were on the job from 7:00 AM until 7:00PM the first day, and then the next morning they finished the entire job (a two-story house and a double garage). I hardly knew they were there, they worked tirelessly and seemed to be happy with their work. And the clean-up process was quite remarkable. There is zero evidence on the grounds around my house and garage to indicate that a re-roofing job just took place. Incredible! The crew had obviously been trained well, because they were professionals all the way around.

hurricane sally did a number on my roof., jennifer and her husband help out every step of the way, from emails text to phone calls even dealing with insurance. the works showed up worked fast both on time and very polite, small stuff you know waved and said hi to the wife and kids ext. best part i can't even tell any one was even in my yard after they left. paying was all done on line fast and simple. i can't say enough about these guys its nice to have a brand new roof over my head!!!

David Mayo and his crew showed up and showed out for an amazing remodel for our home! He was even able to negotiate mixed metal/premium shingle placement, new gutters, and upgraded facia to complete the job. Highly recommend!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

In 2017 we had a new roof installed along with new 6 inch brown gutters. We are now selling our house and the home inspector for the buyer had an issue with one small piece of the flashing. They promptly came out and took care of the issue. They give very good service and I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof or gutters.

From the start of the process of picking the shingle to the final shingle being installed, working with Michael Sasso and MRN was great. Michael communicated and checked on us through the entire process. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new roof to get in contact with MRN and request Michael to oversee the project.

Excellent expert. Made the process painless in every aspect. Actual roof rear off and install was quick and very well done. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant and professional.

Was a complete rip-off as unfortunately signed contract as told we need to do this to work with our insurance due to hail damage and then learned not the case. Tried to cancel but due to potential law-suit from MRN had the work completed. As part of this process obtained three (3) written quotes from local licensed roofing contractors (MRN is not licensed) who had longer and better roof material warranty (30 years all material verses 30 and MRN 10 year), better contractor warranty (15 years verses MRN 5 years), and use of cheaper and less financially long term viable shingle supplier (D&B/Yahoo Finance –C- Verses A-) for over $4000 less than paid to MRN – complete and total Rip Off! Don't sign anything with them have them give you a formal quote and others as well.

Response to their comment - Get a formal Quote from them and others before you SIGN, compare the details and you will see the difference. They get people to sign by focusing on using your insurance to pay which is fine and you pay co-pay. On their response they do say they use good material but the shingles are for 30 years not 40 years and the other components on the roof are for 10 years per the agreement. So for over $4000 less we would have gotten a better quality with better material and longer warranty roof, so do your diligence as you have no recourse once you sign with them.

Great experience.. Casey has a laid back vibe with strong customer service and communication! I told my kids they could have $0.25 for each nail they find after the job was completed and to their dismay- they only made $1! I really appreciated the thorough magnet sweep by the supervisor and clean up by the crew that was done- we are super satisfied!

I want to personally thank David Mayo. The follow up and customer service was Top Notch. When giving me a quote on getting New Gutters, he really worked hard and made me feel like he wanted to “Earn” my business. You guys are the best at what you do. Once we bought our house 9 months ago we knew that eventually it would need a new roof. So many roofing companies throughout the months showed up, knocked on the door, and placed tarps on the roof, but none of them seemed like the right one. As soon as I contacted David Mayo, I knew that MRN was the company to follow through with. With us being first time home buyers we didn’t know what we were getting into. David was the best! We purchased a home last year and we're deceived on the lifetime left with our roof. When storm season hit we noticed the roof leaking down into our walls. David came out immediately that day and emergency tarped our roof! Outstanding experience! MRN Contracting replaced our roof in July and the entire process and experience was quite pleasurable. I have heard of some horror stories and I have personally witnessed several as well. This was an insurance claim replacement and every person associated with our experience was helpful, polite and professional. I would rate their customer service a 10.

The Branch Manager David Mayo handled our claim and did an excellent job doing so. He explained everything in great detail, answered all of our questions, and they did exactly what they told us they would do. The roofing crew damaged a gutter during the install and it was replaced without any issue whatsoever! I would also like to thank J. Edgar for his assistance with locating some siding to match our house.

Excellent customer service and a beautiful finished product. David Mayo, led a hard working team from start to finish. Our project involved some interior work from a previous leak within our roof. Their interior people also did a fantastic job in a timely manner. David's professionalism made the insurance process go very smoothly.

It’s not easy to find a good contractor when it comes to a major repair for your home, but I won the lottery when I met David Mayo from MRN Contracting. He knows how to “WOW” his customers with his excellent service and professionalism. He is there for you from beginning to end, rather than just trying to make a buck! The removal and installation of my roof took only one day and even after the job was completed it did not stop there, David himself was here at the end of the day to make sure there was no debris or nails left.

I hired MRN Contracting for new shingles and ridge vents, and they did a great job. Their sales/service team was attentive, well informed, respectful and reachable. They were knowledgeable and helpful with all insurance company dealings. The estimate was right on the money – down to the penny. The installation was expert and handled in one day. Cleanup after installation was comprehensive. In my book, that's a recipe for high customer satisfaction.

A while back I had a bad storm hit my house. The roof was atlas shingle and quite a few came up or off. MRN stopped by and helped me through my insurance claim to make sure I got a roof as good, or in my case, better than my existing roof. 2 years and one week later a strong wind came through and lifted the shingles off my ridge vent. I called them Wednesday morning, they had the repair done that day! I am very impressed with my roof and the service the whole way through.

Great experience with MRN. David and Shaheem spotted damage to my roof right away, worked with my insurance company and within 24 hours we had a check to pay for our new roof. The entire experience was painless and within a week we had beautiful new roof with architectural shingles. The install crew was great too. Literally no mess and it was all done in one day.

The day began at 6:45 AM, every person swinging into action quickly after sizing up the steep pitches on our roof! Tarps went down, old shingles came off, 36--yes 36! plywood decking boards replaced, topped off with the new roofing! AND.....after spending all day on the roof, the builders continued scurrying--this time with supers (David, Shaheem, Joel) pitching in for clean-up with brooms, rakes, and giant magnets. Outstanding work at an amazing pace!

Had several roofing companies contact me, generally in person by knocking on door, telling me my roof had damage. There were several storms in past year that damaged many homes roofs in this subdivision but I did not know of any to my roof as no leaks. Many of these companies were not professional, polite, or knowledgeable. Fortunately for me M.R.N. contracting contacted me recently, and while I was busy that contact explained to me the damage they thought I had sustained but needed to get on roof to estimate. Told them I would get back to them. Week later I did they made appointment with me estimated roof walked me through process of Insurance etc. I contacted my insurer and M.R.N. reinspected with them. Roof was damaged and was to be replaced. M.R.N. scheduled replacement with me and a crew arrived early 3-14 and finished it late same day. They did a great job, cleaned up all the mess, and the roof looks fantastic. Crew and everyone with M.R.N. was courteous, and knowledgeable. There seems to be a lot of roofing companies all with an angle but M.R.N. was straight to the point and all business. I will recommend to everyone in need of their services.

The hardest part of being an absentee landlord (besides collecting rent :o ) is finding someone reliable and trustworthy to make repairs. Recently, one of my rental houses needed an insurance adjusted roof replacement. This is hard enough on-site, but since I couldn't be there, I especially concerned. Luckily, I found MRN Contracting. They knew exactly what the insurance company needed and helped me navigate the claim process. Then tenant said they were very respectful during the job and the pics look outstanding. These guys take pride in their work.

Blake Baldwin and MRN Contracting came to my rescue when a tree fell on my house damaging the roof and the gutters. My house was under contract so it was very important for the work to be done quickly and well.

Blake came out right away and got to work putting a tarp over the holes in the roof to mitigate damages and took care of everything for me.

In just a few days I had a new roof and gutters. I can't thank Blake and MRN enough!
