I can’t say enough about MRC roofing, the family is all in and cares. I needed a full replacement roof, frame repairs, and even a gate after a huge tree fell in house. They were there in the worst of weather to evaluate, early am with tarp post removal and then hard work to get roof in place quickly and effectively. The large crew worked early, late and did all could to get me back to normal. I’m so grateful. The price was very fair and the care is second to none. Highly recommend!

Just had a leaking window problem repaired by the guy's. They came quickly to estimate and get the project scheduled. It turned out to be more serious than expected but they explained exactly what the problem was and the fix. They proceeded immediately and repaired it back to looking like new. Many thanks for a great job.

Can’t say enough good things about this contractor! Showed up on time everyday, ready to work from sun up to sundown, cleaned up at the end of every work day. Crew drove 1 hour 40 minutes everyday to get to my project for 6 days. Huge job, excellent workmanship re-sided my 36x72 building with Hardie board and finished with 1” battens, calked every seam, as I live in Columbia River Gorge and have harsh weather. Rafa and Rosa excellent to do business with. So rare anymore to have a contractor actually do a quality job, let alone show up and communicate.

We have an orchard in Hood River with many buildings on our property. MRC Roofing recently completed several roofing projects for us. Rafael and his team were quick to respond to inquiries, provided clear and complete estimates, started and completed projects on schedule, finished by doing an amazing cleanup, and excelled in communication throughout the process. We had our roof replaced and we had a great experience with MRC Roofing. Rosa and Rafael were very helpful, and always prompt and prepared. We are very happy with the results, and I would definitely recommend them.

After several interviews with other roofing companies that left me with a good number of unanswered questions, I chanced upon one of MRC Roofing’s trucks on the road and decided to give them a call. What a difference. First, I received a callback within hours and the young lady could not have been more cordial and appreciative that I had called them for a quote. An appointment was set for the next day to inspect my roof.

At the appointed hour, Rafael and Rosa, owners of MRC showed up on our doorstep. In just a few minutes’ conversation, I had very, very good feelings about them. They asked great questions, Rafael got up and inspected every inch of the roof. He and Rosa told me they would have an estimate for me the very next day….and the next morning, they showed up, estimate in hand. They addressed a few more questions and showed us samples of shingles from which to make a selection.

I can tell you their quote was not the lowest we had received, nor was it the highest. The contractor who had emailed me the “lower” price sent it on a company letterhead, different from the one I had called on initially for that appointment. There were literally no details, other than a few checked boxes. I emailed with questions….no response. In contrast, the contract that Rafael and Rosa prepared was absolutely thorough and professional. Once again, they ensured that we, as customers, had a complete understanding of the scope of the work they would be doing for us.

The more time we spent talking with Rafael and Rosa, the better we felt about our decision to have them replace our work. On the day their crew arrived, they set straight to work removing the old shingles and tarpaper. They worked like crazy though the day (and it was a hot one), completely focused on the task. Rafael was involved throughout the installation, which was very reassuring.

When finished, Rafael once again walked the entire roof to ensure that all elements of the installation were complete to his satisfaction and I must say the roof looks absolutely wonderful. We are SO grateful to Rafael and Rosa for their conscientiousness and their commitment to ensure that the roof turned out just as we wanted it to!

I recently had my roof replaced by this company. The owners, Rosa & Rafael were very organized & efficient & gave me a good estimate. I have an end unit town home in a tight complex but the crew pulled off the removal/installation in one day with minimal disruption to the rest of the neighborhood. It's only been a few days but I'm sure in the unlikely event that I have any issues they'll take care of it (2 year warranty)

Rafael and his team were very respectful of home/yard and provided excellent service! They were on time each morning, provided tarps to coverage our bushes/yard furniture while removing the old roof, and they performed a daily cleanup prior to leaving my residence in the evening. The pricing was very competitive, and I am very pleased with the quality of the work. I have already referred them to a close friend and will continue to refer them to friends and associates in the Vancouver/Camas area. MRC has done two major projects for us and both were done flawlessly. Always punctual, clean, polite and meticulous. They do more than just roofing, ask them about their exterior home capabilities.

I appreciate them coming out when I called they came out a few hours later gave me a estimate We decided a plan they came out They had to scrape my whole roof did a excellent job They answered all my questions. MRC was very professional and kept me informed every step on the way. They were fast and very respectful. I would 100% recommend them for any of your needs.

MRC Roofing responded quickly to my call about a leak around a roof vent, and also pointed out that my soffit vents had been painted over, blocking airflow. I was given a clear estimate up front, with different options in this case, and after discussion we ended up replacing the roof. They were prompt and coordinated regularly, and worked fast. The roof has stood up to some driving rain since, and I couldn't be happier.

This is one of the BEST companies we have ever dealt with!  Rafael was totally professional, clearly communicated with us, and was a VERY hard worker.  He and his crew worked hard and they did not cut corners to save time.  The work they did was absolutely top notch.  They did a full tear off (2 layers, 57 squares, and 78 boards of plywood that needed replaced, along with all of our gutters).  They cleaned up every day. They worked from early morning to when the sun set. Once it was time to install the new roof, again, they worked so hard and the work they did was excellent.  We were incredibly impressed with their work ethic and how polite all the employees were.  We had 2 other companies come out and give us bids, but they didn't spend nearly as much time on our roof (again, we have a large home and our roof had several issues that needed addressed).  Rafael spent a lot of time, checking all the different areas, and wrote up the bid then and there.  He really took time for us, and that means a lot.  We have no regrets hiring MRC Roofing LLC and will recommend them to anyone in need of a roof repair and/or gutters.  They get an A+ in our book!

Aloha all, very courteous and respectful crew. Called for a free estimate they showed up the same day within hours and gave it. We planned a date to start and they showed up ready to work. Was about a 25 square house. I highly recommend them and will pass a long there info to everyone I know needing a roof. Thanks Rafael appreciate you :)
