I recently had a flood, and the crew was quick to respond and removed my old carpet, sanitized the area, and even removed some of the damaged furniture and discarded it for me. Thank you ServPro!!!

Maureen and her entire staff are genuine , caring and professional. I had a problem underneath the house with plumbing . It's a crawlspace so not the best working situation!! I couldn't have asked for a better company and crew to help and fix the problem. So many times we are in desperate need of help and this company really came through during that time. Hired them for my mom's flooded basement. A small flood in the basement and they milked all the insurance money, by removing every floor tiles and walls apart in the whole basement. And the flood didn't even get that far. So pay attention to them SCAMMERS.

Luckily I was there and stopped them. More they worked on my mom's basement, the more money they took from my mom's insurance money. We didn't have any money left to fix up the basement.

Also ServPro spoke to my mom's insurance company saying that my mom have a pump in the basement but this lady obviously doesn't know what she's talking about. Because my mom doesn't even have a pump.

Please pay attention to them and what they're doing. They will take all your insurance money. Smh!

Calling SERVPRO has been a blessing for me. I am a new homeowner with unexpected issues in my basement due to a sewer backup. I knew of SERVPRO because a former coworker does marketing for SERVPRO in another region. I've never had to use their services, but I've always heard how awesome they are in that region. So, I called my local SERVPRO. Elizabeth and Maureen were a delight over the phone, very informative and very helpful. When Maureen came by to inspect the damage, she walked me through my next steps to see if I could have the issue fixed before getting the area cleaned. I did what she told me, and after I had the issue inspected, she had two men over here less than two hours after I called. They completed the job in less than 45 minutes. My basement floor is now clear, and it smells clean. I'm so happy to have this issue behind me. Though I hope never to have this issue again, I will call them if it happens again.

They cleaned my couch and chair. Very prompt service. Furniture looked brand new. Staff was polite and clean. Highly recommend.

Had a family tragedy recently had to wake up to the nightmare every morning till I called the magic ladies of Servpro Dearborn. Moreen and Anette showed up only 2hrs after I called, worked their magic and now my tragedy is just a bad memory. My hat is off to the two ladies of Servpro Dearborn and Dearborn Heights.

ServPro went above and beyond when my mother had a pipe break at her home this last Independence Day weekend. After reviewing the problem, my rep Maureen found a few teams who were willing to work on the holiday weekend (the people I had lined up to look at the job told me I had to wait a week because of the holiday). She told me "professionals in that line of work know that damage and abatement don't take holidays". And the crew she lined up was just wonderful.
After the outside work was done, her inside crew came in and advised me regarding possible mold and water damage to various basement walls, furniture and appliances. They drained all water, cleaned up a bit and moved furnishings, sprayed for possible ick (my technical term for mold, bacteria, other ICK that might have grown), then installed several fans and a serious dehumidifier. Those sat for 3 days before the techs were happy with the readouts their equipment returned (I forgot to mention they use various tests to check walls, framing, furnishings..they even checked the water heater and the slides I had under a heavy furniture piece). After the drying equipment came out they tested again and did a second abatement spray "just because".
That is not all Maureen did to help. She came to Mom's house daily while any work was being done, and personally spoke to a City representative to try to get help for my Senior Mom. When Dearborn Heights was unwilling to give assistance to a senior who has paid City taxes for 60 years, Maureen then gave me several other agencies to contact.
I cannot imagine ANY person or company who would go through so much effort to help a senior in need. ServPro, you have a wonderful representative and advocate in Maureen, and I am thankful she helped us get through a truly difficult time. Thank you!

Maureen and John are very good people They came and helped me clean today and they capped my gas line. They awesome I highly recommend them. Extremely honest and helpful

They were Johnny-on-the-spot when we had our water back-up in the basement. The crew did a great job with the clean up and making sure everything was dried out and sanitized. Would recommend!

Servpro came to my house and set up their equipment in the kitchen and the basement. We had a broken faucet that leaked, soaking the hardwood floor. They did a great job, communicated very well and saved my floors!

ServePro saved the day when our hot water tank unexpectedly burst. They came out within the hour, and were kind, courteous and professional. Highly recommend!!

Servpro of Dearborn saved my basement. They were so fast in responding to my call they were at my house before the plumber. They had my basement cleaned and dried in no time. Liz in the office was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me including how to work with my insurance company. Maureen and the crews were so nice. They really went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied.

Never received a callback when I was told someone would call later in the afternoon. I called again to inquire about the job we were looking to have done, was told I would hear back by the end of the day or first thing in the morning. Husband called the following day after no one contacted us and he was told they forgot to call but would be out on Tuesday to do the work and someone would call Monday prior to let us know the time. No call/no show. Waited around all day, complete waste of my time. Will find someone else who is reliable to do our work.

The secretary Karen is very nice, but whoever Maureen is needs to take a lesson in professionalism. She’s extremely rude and ruined their chances of working with a company that would have made them lots of money. And not to mention, the work they did for us is very subpar. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Servepro Dearborn.

Maureen shows up in flip flops to give quote on asbestos abatement, two weeks later I call to see why no response she said give me your address will do it today. Glad I did not let them do any work . Stay away. There is another review stating the same thing so this is repetitive for this Dearborn servpro.

This is an amazing company. Recently, my mother had a small flood in her recently remodeled basement. She is 82 years old and could not handle the task herself. My brothers and I all live far away. So, I called Serve Pro in Dearborn and they were extremely responsive and came within the hour. They took her area rug back to their shop and cleaned it and brought it back in a very timely manner. We so appreciate everyone there especially Maureen, the owner. The rug looks great and my mother is very happy. It was a pleasure to do business with Maureen and company. We would definitely call upon them again should the need arise. It is heartening to know there are still businesses with integrity that take care of their customers. BRAVO!

This company took over the work needed on my home after another company failed to complete the task. They are very slow due to working on multiple projects at once. My family is in a hotel until they complete the work and they don't see the urgency in needing to get us home.

My entire basement was flooded. Servpro came out immediately. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and very courteous! My mother had a similar situation at her home and did not use Servpro and It was a complete nightmare. If I would have known about Servpro at that time, I could have saved her from that fiasco.

My house burned and my insurance had lapsed outside of the 30 day renewal. When I called for an estimate I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown. I am disabled and on a fixed income so there was no way I could afford to have someone do the work that needed to be done. Maureen and her crew not only donated a trash truck for me for the day but she covered the cost of the dump. AND she and her crew picked up the truck multiple times and took it to be dumped doing the work themselves to empty it! Maureen has also told me how to do much of the work myself and with family and friends as well as donated supplies to accomplish the task. I don't know what I would do without their generosity and compassion. The work they do is incredible but it is having that empathetic shoulder during a time of crisis and her knowledge of how water, fire, chemicals, etc do the damage and what is required to fix it properly that is what makes ServPro Dearborn stand out from everyone else. I have dealt with a couple of other companies through family or friends and NEVER felt like they cared or even knew what they were doing besides sucking up water and washing a wall. Thank you Maureen and staff at Dearborn ServPro, you are the best! I wish I could give you 10 stars, you deserve it!!!

I was very pleased with the job ServPro of Dearborn did on my basement. They were professional, efficient, and most importantly, they did the job!!! Four other companies had refused to touch my basement (wusses). They completed the job in four hours and I can now walk down there again. Thanks ServPro of Dearborn!

After my basement flooded I called serv pro Dearborn in a panic. They should up to my house within the hour I called them and started working to restore my basement immediately. I cannot say enough good things about Maureen an co. My house was cleaned thuroughly, on the 1st go.. have not had to have any additional clean up, so Im pretty thrilled about that. NOT only did she orchestrate the clean up, she fought tooth and nail and guided us through issues with our insurance company. She was a pleasure to work with during the entire process.

If you are looking for a company to do an outstanding job on your fire clean up, you're looking in the right direction.

Maureen is extremely knowledgeable in her field, has fantastic customer service skills, and really knows how to make her customers happy!

I set up appointment with this Servpro location for them to come out and give me an estimate. The first appointment they did not show. When I called they said they were very busy. I gave them a pass on not showing. Next appointment, Maureen showed up and made notes and told me she would have and estimate to me in about a week. Two weeks passed and no estimate so I sent her an email on Aug. 18th. She stated she was still working on it and would have it to me ASAP. It is now September 20th and have not heard one word from her. If they did not want to do the job, a simple email notifying me would have been nice. So I decided to take my business to a more reputable company who communicates with a potential customer.
