The technician Leslie was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was an outstanding representative of this company and I will definitely use them again for any plumbing repair work.

Professional, timely! Easy to schedule. And liked that they sent reminders. Really liked their safety feature of sending info about the assigned technician ahead of time. Will use again if needed!

I had Mr. Rooter of Williamsburg come out to inspect and repair a plumbing leak at my property. While the initial service was completed, I was shocked and frankly disgusted by the quote they gave me to repipe my home — over $23,000. That number was not only excessive, but completely out of line with multiple other quotes I received from reputable plumbing companies, all of which were in the $10,000 to $12,000 range for the same scope of work.

It felt like an attempt to take advantage of a homeowner who may not know better. I can only imagine how many others might have been misled or overcharged under the guise of “professional service.”

Needless to say, I will not be doing business with them again and I strongly encourage others to get multiple quotes before agreeing to anything. Trust is critical when it comes to home services — and unfortunately, Mr. Rooter of Williamsburg did not earn mine.

Prompt, professional, and personable, Leslie embodied Mr. Rooter's neighborly company policy! I thought I'd have to wait just to get an initial estimate, but the morning after I called, he had the garden hose bib fully replaced and my back patio cleaner than when he arrived--and at a fair price. I've torn the Plumbing section out of my Yellow Pages--I'll just call Mr. Rooter from now on.

Trent and Brent service was amazing. They were professional, very informative and kept us updated with process until complete. Their work was amazing and I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you again for everything!!

I had French drains that were not draining. They came out to house and we discussed options. I opted to have old drain pipes dug up and replaced. Anthony and Tristan had a heck of a time getting through all of the tree roots to dig out over 100 feet of old pipe which was full of tree roots. They installed new pvc pipe and graded it such that it will carry water away from foundation in heavy rain. I appreciate their hard work.

Very satisfied with the company from the time I called to the work completion. Responded the same day, identified the problem and repaired in the same day. Also the price was reasonable.

I submitted an online appointment request on Sunday around 1pm for a leaking water line on my hot water heater. I wasn’t expecting a call back until the next day, but received one 10 minutes after submitting the online form. They had a plumber on call and available to come out that day, with no additional weekend up-charge. Jonny was at my front door within an hour of scheduling the appointment. He was extremely professional and courteous the entire time. He diagnosed the problem, provided a detailed explanation and completed the job faster than I could have ever expected. Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Williamsburg has gained a new customer….they will be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

Today I had to have My water pump worked on because warehouse had no water Mr. Rooter pluming of Williamsburg sent a incredibly nice funny man named leslie Vinson he went out of his way to talk to me like a friend even went all the way to Lowe's and picked up the part that was needed to fix my pump him and his incredibly nice boss Mr.Aron are terrific to talk to I would highly recommend them if you ever have any issues with your water or plumping I myself if I have any more issues in the future will be exclusively using them thank you folks again for the excellent service.

Excellent service! Scheduling with Mr. Rooter was incredibly easy. I submitted an online request on a Saturday, and within an hour, someone contacted me and scheduled same-day service. The technician took the time to explain all of our repair options and helped us choose the one that best fit our budget.

The work was completed efficiently, and the technician even cleaned up thoroughly afterward. We had some drywall repair done, so I assumed I’d need to go in and clean up—but when I got there, everything had already been cleaned and mopped. I was pleasantly surprised! I highly recommend Mr.Rooter.

At 4:30 in the morning, I heard water running due to a broken pipe on the main line coming into my house. It was Sunday morning of Father’s Day. Called a number of places and did get a response, but it would’ve been days before a crew could fix it. Came across Mr. Rooter they were quick to respond, Arrive, evaluate, quote the work and started working. Jonny was very thorough, explained what was happening, very experienced and great customer service.A great solution to an unfortunate Sunday morning.

Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and went the extra mile for us. I was so impressed with their work ethic and their desire to work till the job was done. In my case it was a huge project that spanned 3 days. I highly recommend this company. The items that were broken in my house, they had readily available on their truck. If they didn’t have what they needed, they would leave and go pick it up and return quickly.

I woke up to find a backed up sink in my kitchen. I called Mr. Rooter who sent someone out before noon the same day. The plumber was efficient, friendly and courteous. He snaked my drain and had me back in my kitchen quickly. He sent pictures of the before and after with my paid invoice. I will definitely call Mr Rooter for my plumbing needs in the future. And, I will recommend to my neighbors gladly.

Mr. Rooter recently helped me with my water main break repair. Love these guys have used them many times and they did not disappoint this time either! Jonny Fraley was great making sure I understood all the details of the process and the repair and then went above and beyond making sure everything worked perfectly after water was finally restored to my home.

An excellent service experience by Mr. Rooter. My mom's home had a septic overflow issue and needed lines replaced with a new distribution box. Additionally, the home had a separate plumbing issue that resulted in drainage causing standing water near the foundation of the home. Both issues were expertly fixed. The crew (Brent) provided detailed work execution. He was very courteous and professional. I also like how there is a text messaging feature that notifies you of who and when the service provider will be at your home. I've used Mr. Rooter (Brent) for other work in the past and I can't say enough of his/their work ethic and professionalism. Today I woke up to a non functional garbage disposal. Welcome to Monday morning!
The fix was replacement along with sink faucet.
Tony from Mr Rooter fixed the disposal with an in sink erator 3/4 horsepower!
Professional installation all the way.
Coming back to do the black faucet when it arrives on 19 May!.
This is the second time Mr Rooter came to the rescue!

This was my first experience with Mr. Rooter, and I am so happy to have found them! Our service provider, Jonny, was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He serviced our tankless water heater and provided pictures to show us the results of the cleaning. In addition, Jonny checked each plumbing fixture in our house to ensure they were functioning properly. It was refreshing to get such great service- so great that we signed up for a membership (which allows members great perks)!

The two plumbers showed up in the specified timeframe, did the work, wore disposable slippers, and cleaned up. They were polite and explained the issue to us.

I love Mr. Rooter, they don’t charge for estimates, they don’t pressure anything on you. They are fast good and professional! Got a new toilet and Jonny my plumber was fantastic!

I have a Navien on-demand tankless hot water heater. Mr. Rooter has multiple certified Navien technicians and responded the same day to an issue. At 11AM I called and a very professional lady knew how to listen and get me on the schedule. At 2PM Wyatt and Raden knock on my door and evaluated our needs. This is a locally-owned franchise that takes pride in their work. I will be using them for my plumbing needs going forward.

Joe, our technician, is very courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem within fifteen minutes, giving us the different "fixes" possible. He did clear up the immediate problem but also advised us what the future may hold if our problem returned.
