This was our second time using Mr. Roofer. They came out quickly after storm damage and were super responsive through the insurance process.

I have used Mr. Roofer on multiple occasions and I have to say they are professional and reliable!! I am very happy with the services they provide. They always take the time to carefully explain the problem and provide me with pictures of before and after for my records.

Mr. Roofer folks were very professional from start to finish. They did great work and were very efficient. Had a small hiccup
of my job being scheduled before confirming but they were very flexible with rescheduling to a new date and time that worked better. I would recommend them to anyone!

Mr. Roofer did a great job on our roof repairs! They were able to get an estimator out very quickly. We thought the quote for the work was reasonable. Booking and payment was super seamless, and a crew was able to come out before the estimated work date. We'd definitely use this business again.

UPDATE: This was initially 3-stars per the story below. It is now 4-star because they came out within a day and were able to identify the problem and fix it on the spot. The problems were only in 2-spots: box vent had a mis-cut shingle allowing water in and the HVAC vent seal had a gap apparently. The only other thing I have to say is that the work was a bit pricey and others have told me I overpaid -- especially considering the work was not done right the first time.

ORIGINAL Review (8/19/20):
I had a leak in my roof so I called Mr. Roofer. They were responsive and quick to complete the job but the following day (today) it is pouring and I went up to the attic and found that 3 of the 4 things they worked on have water coming in now and one of these spots is a steady leak which quickly reached the ceiling below.

This just happened so there hasn't been time for a full resolution. (I just called after hours, spoke with someone, and am awaiting a callback.)

Despite the fact that I have a steady stream of water coming out of my repaired roof, they were very responsive and quick to come out and so I'm giving 3 stars pending a resolution. I will come back to update this review based on how it gets resolved.

My mom's house in Alpharetta Ga has a flat roof. Finding someone thar could do the job,at a reasonable rate,in a timely manner was a challenge. Albert made a video of her roof,which was incredibly helpful to see what was going on up there.He explained everything carefully and gave a fair bid.He was very personable and took the time to explain the roofing materials. The job was done in 2 days and Albert himself came out to collect the second payment and made sure the job was done right and everything was clean. Highly recommend!

I met Brad, the owner of Mr. Roofer, about seven years ago. I needed some shingles replaced on my home, and he came out to do the work himself. We sat on my porch and talked for a while after the repairs were completed and we have since become close friends. I've watched him grow his business over the years as he recovered from the recession like many other businesses, and there are two things that stand out about him and they are he cares about his reputation and works very hard to make sure the customer is satisfied and that the work is done to the highest standards. After the fourth trip to my home over the years for various repairs he suggested I have my insurance company come out and inspect it after a hail storm to see if it would be covered for a new roof. They came out and agreed that it should be replaced and it was covered. The work was completed in two days with the gutters replaced a few days latter and when the work was completed the only sign of them ever being there was a beautiful new roof and gutters. I don't see how there could be any better experience in replacing a roof. they even took care of a couple small items that were not covered as well. Highly recommend Mr. Roofer for there quality of work, and personal knowledge of his impeccable work ethic.
