There work was outstanding. The salesman was professional and knowledgeable. The price was fair. They add finishing touches that are not given by other companies. They paint roof vents to match the roof.

Mr. Roofer of Cartersville helped us with a leak that was very quickly causing a devastating issue in our home. Water was somehow leaking into our bathroom ceiling and not only did they identify the issue but had it fixed with the same materials we requested and quickly. Mr. Roofer is great! Let me start by saying Richard is awesome. Hes very knowledgeable and explained every step of the way as to what he was doing.He went above and beyond our needs and expectations. We were in a huge bind with homeowners insurance issues, Mr. Roofer sent me the right man! Between Richard, "project manager" him inspecting my roof, writing a detailed inspection report, the office getting it all emailed to me in a professional manner, we were able to achieve everything I needed. I will be getting some repairs done in the near future and I know exactly who I'm calling....MR. ROOFER!!

Contacted them about a roof leak that would also need gutter repair (the gutter was feeding directly into the roof leak). Person on the phone said that they would refer me to another company as they have a lot to do and the gutter stuff wasn't really a priority to them. I said that was fine, but I still have a roof leak that I need fixed. Person on the phone backtracked and said "oh... then we do want to come out" apparently not understanding that it was both gutter and roof repair. Set up appointment.

Appointment day (Nov 6th) and time came and their guy set to come out calls me. Says that the office told him not to do gutters as they have a lot of roof business right now. I told him that's what they told me too, but that because the roof also needed repair the gutter could be done too. He was really hung up about the gutter thing and kept "hmmming" and "uhhhing". I told him to just never mind and not come out as I really didn't want to argue if they didn't want to take my money. He was totally cool with that decision.

Bottom line message that I got from them was that they have plenty of business and are fine with cherry-picking jobs. Go with someone else.

I had a great experience with Mr roofer. They came out,gave a detailed estimate,did the work all within 2 days, cleaned up and my roof is beautiful! I will be calling them if in need in the future,and we recommend them to all in need of roofing and construction! Thanks!

Mr Roofer did an excellent job on repairing our roof. They were very professional and completed the job in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend this company.

Talked to the guy and he decided that it wasn't worth his time to come give an estimate for a roof repair. I always get more than one price and he was rude about asking me why I needed more estimates. He even asked me if it was under a thousand dollars. He acutually thought I was giving him the run around. I question anyone that feels that it's not worth their time to give a honest repair quote. Do your research before you make this leap.

Brad was very helpful. We had some storm damage from the recent weather in Georiga and he came out promptly and quoted us a fair price. (Not the least expensive. But quality work and always on time and in communication.
