Mike and his crew did a fantastic job at our place. We hired them to fix our cracked and crumbling stucco, as well as shore up a lime stone retaining wall on the patio. Everybody was very professional and courteous. And when the work was done, they spent the time to clean up the work site. We're very happy with the results.

All of my dealings with Mike at Mr. Mudd were pleasant and professional, starting with he contract and continuing with the work. When there was a delay, Mike called to let me know what was going on (greatly appreciated). The job involves replacing a mailbox since min ha been destroyed by a garbage truck. The workman was careful and efficient and did a good job cleaning up.

These guys are great! Timely and professional and they clean up really well. They repaired a lot of stucco walls and saved me from having to deal with a block fence that was about to fall over from tree roots. Highly recommend!

Mike and his crew did a good job on stucco repairs for us. He got us on his schedule quickly. They had to try to match the color since El Rey (who made the current stucco color) went out of business and they did very well with that. They also caulked around some of the windows that needed it. They were proactive in finding a few cracks that we hadn’t noticed and fixing them, too. At the end of the day they cleaned up after themselves so well I wouldn’t have known I had a construction crew there. We would definitely call Mr. Mudd again, and can recommend them without reservation.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! When we first called, Mike came out quickly to give us an estimate to repair a retaining wall. He suggested a small improvement for the patio above the wall which made a huge difference for the money spent. The price was very reasonable compared to other estimates we received. We were able to schedule the work at a time that was convenient for us and much sooner than other companies that we had contacted. His crew arrived promptly on time, did a beautiful job, and cleaned up afterwards. We couldn't be happier! We highly recommend using Mr Mudd!!!

I had noticed some cracks in our outside stucco walls and called around to get some quotes. Mike from Mr Mudd returned my call the same day and was out the next day to give me an estimate. He suggested looking over the whole house (including the roof parapets). Thank goodness he did since there were many cracks in our parapet walls as well! Mike and his crew educated my husband and I on the correct stucco techniques. Mike answered all my questions and kept me updated on every aspect of the job. Calls were returned within the hour! Can’t say enough good things about Mr Mudd! Prices are very reasonable.

I used Mr. Mudd to do a full restucco of my home in the Foothills. There were many issues to work through and Mike and his team did an amazing job. I think most telling - out of all the quotes I received (7 in total) Mike was the only person who caught that the paneling and framing on several of the structures (garage, addition, storage units) wouldn't hold up to stucco and needed to be replaced and re-framed. We got this done and he and his crew came in on time and worked through every nook and cranny to create a fantastic finish. The home looks amazing and he truly stands by his work. The 6 year warranty, his professionalism, punctuality and attention to detail set him apart from the rest of the contractors who bid my job. Mike and his team are outstanding and I am happy with how everything turned out!

Had some stucco repair done, and I couldn’t be happier. They came out quickly for an estimate, had the work completed a couple days later and you can’t even tell there was any stucco issue at all. It looks like a factory reset, totally perfect. We’re very lucky to have found these guys and you’d be very lucky to have them do your stucco work as well. They’re seriously like magic, it’s a lot of stress off my shoulders now. Wish I could find a mechanic that’s this good and honest

Michael and his crew patched up a lot of the stucco on my property. The previous patch was falling apart and there were also some cracks in various areas. The team worked hard and did a great job matching the texture. The color matching is also very close. It's still not fully cured yet, so it may blend in even better once it is. I'm really happy with the work and the communication!

Mike Herrera w/ Mr Mudd Construction did a beautiful job on our block privacy wall and landscaping! Very professional, with a great crew. They worked fast, clean, had excellent communication, and everything went according to their contract. My husband and I had previously hired a con artist who was masquerading as a licensed contractor to do this very job and our property had been left a mess by him. This was a very stressful situation, but Mike and his guys were able to carefully remove the previous block work and raise the wall to code, and beautifully finish the landscaping. We used Mr. Mudd to replace a wood fence dumpster enclosure at our church. Mike Herrera was exceptionally prompt in getting back to us. His initial quote was competitive and his final work was exceptional. The whole way through the project Mike kept us abreast of progress, tweaks that needed to be made, and a full explanation of all that was done. Initially we had asked if Mike could do some additional work that is in his wheelhouse, which he was happy to do, but suggested that a cheaper option could be pursued instead and work just as well. We needed a new fence for our backyard and decided to go with a cinder block wall. The previous owner have torn down what was there and put in the "popcicle stick" type wood fence and it was a mess. Michael was able to give us an estimate very quickly and they came out quick to start the work.

The old fence was demolished in about 40 minutes and work began on the new one. There were issues that he ran accross but they were able to resolve them quickly and kept the work moving forward.

When they were finished they took the time to make sure everything was clean and back to the condition it was in when they started the work.

Cinder block walls are not pretty but Michael and crew did an amazing job. You can tell they want to go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. We have already talked to Michael about future work that we want done on our property. We look forward to working with them in the future.

I used Brad for cooler startups in the past. When my cooler stopped working in 102 degree temperature I called him. He made time to get on the roof the same day and was gracious enough to go get the right parts. He fixed it in 30 minutes! Little did I know he had 39 years experience! I highly recommend this company for fair estimates !

Mike and his crew put up up a concrete blocked wall 51 ft in length in a matter of 3 days. Which was fantastic considering I have three dogs. Taking them out on a leash to do their business was not much fun. They arrived on time and ready to work. The price was very reasonable

Mr Mudd built a 3 foot x 120 foot block and stucco wall around the front of our home. They were very prompt building the wall and applying the plaster on the wall. We ran into problems color matching the stucco but after two suppliers and several attempts the wall was finished and looks great. Throughout the stucco difficulties, Mike Herrera stayed in steady contact and fought the battles with suppliers to get the job right. We are very happy with the wall and will use Mr. Mudd again. These guys did a great job and were very timely considering the weather, as well as timely with getting started (a lot of other places weren't going to be able to start for several months). The wall looks very clean, and the gate came out really nice. The gate is rustic style, and even more impressive that it was built from scratch right when they were ready to put it up. We still have a back wall to do and will be going with Mr. Mudd for that as well. Would definitely recommend! Very deserving of 5 stars!

Update: we just had our back wall built in our backyard. Once again, they were very prompt once they got started. Something about our terrible timing with hiring them, but the weather did cause some issue, but they were still able to get it done in a timely manner. Always a great job!

Mr. Mudd exceeded our expectations. I needed our existing wall raised. Once price was agrees they send over a contract of the work. They scheduled me two day later as requested. They showed up promptly at 730 am, started working and as promised completed the job. They matched the color block and mudd to the existing for our homeowners association. Hard to tell the difference between the new and the existing block. They did a really great job. Mike was friendly and professional as well as his block crew. Cinder block wall masterpiece! Mr Mudd and his team created nothing short of excellent results for my corner lot - and unlike many others out there, they clearly take pride in their work. They even came out on weekends and after hours to take measurements and help me navigate the complexities of my lot. Also, Mr Mudd built and welded a custom steel frame trailer gate for my side yard. This is commercial grade work. I’m blown away by the build quality!

These guys did a great job building up our wall for extra privacy. They went out of their way to match brick color and stucco color for our homeowners association. Really nice guys that work to make it right every time. They weren't happy until we were happy.

I connected with Mike to get a quote on some stucco work for my home. He said great, send me some photos of the job you're looking to have done and I'll get you an estimate. I sent those photos the next day. I did not expect an immediate reply but after a week I decided to give Mike a cal back. He said he was sorry and that he'd have that quote to me when he returned home and did all of his other estimates. Waited another few days and still received nothing. I gave Mike another chance and called. He said he would send his estimator out at 430pm on Sunday. Great! 430pm came and went on Sunday with no estimator at my house.

I hired Mike and his crew to install concrete sidewalks on the side in front of my house, overall the work turned out really good Mike was very responsive and good at communicating with me and went the extra mile to come back and take care of some minor punchlist items at the end. I spoke with Mike Herrera on Monday about tearing down 200 ft of existing wood fencing and installing block wall I received a quote the same day, and construction began on Wednesday. Michael , is a true professional. He did everything he said he would and did it when he said he would. I deal with alot of different contractors and it seems like I am always looking for them, that is not the case here. There showed up early and completed everything they said they would. I had them repair two of my cinder block fences and repair my stucco.

do you know how hard it is to get an est? to get a call back for work? i have had two properties where ive used 4 dif masons to put up block walling.
each one was a struggle with issues. either not verifying or poor time management skills.

once i agreed to the terms. they made the time schedule for the work - very quick - days. not weeks.
