We had several projects handled through Mr. Handyman and they were wonderful!!

A contractor told us they couldn’t change out our old kitchen sink because of the way it was installed and that it would damage the island. Our son had used Mr. Handyman to install their new kitchen sink and suggested we call. Howard came out and checked it out and said he could do it! We saved so much money by not replacing the entire island granite and just getting the new sink installed. Howard was wonderful and went the extra mile when there were a couple complications with our set up!

We are so happy and will definitely use them for any other projects in the future! Howard from Mr. Handyman gave us 10 star service for sure!!

Very happy with the end result on this project! The process to get here was a little longer than usual. We did have issues with our initial technician, unfortunately. And then we had a replacement set of doors that ended up warping that set us back a couple weeks. What sets Mr. Handyman above another company would be that they came out multiple times to fix and finish this project after this initial hiccup. I want to specifically thank Howard and Brandon SO MUCH for coming out 3 times to make this look perfect. They were willing to help explain to us what needed to be done as well as bounce ideas off of when we needed to make a decision regarding installation. My husband and I would also like to thank Chris for getting back with us early into the process of fixing the issues we had initially. We know projects like these always have the potential to go sideways but we are happy to say Mr. Handyman had the integrity to make it right.

I love my new laundry that no longer is dark, enclosed, and a nuisance to move hampers around in!

I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction regarding a recent service experience with your company.

A few weeks ago, I requested assistance for a toilet leak issue. A technician came and charged $200 for the repair. However, after he left, I found that the issue was still unresolved. We contacted your company immediately, and were told that if no parts were replaced during the follow-up visit, we would not be charged for that second visit.

Despite that assurance, the technician came again, did not replace any parts, and yet charged an additional $150. To make matters worse, the toilet still leaks, and the problem remains unsolved. When I called your company again to explain this, I was told that I still had to pay the second fee — even though no parts were replaced and the repair was ineffective.

Frankly, this is unacceptable. Charging twice for a problem that remains unresolved, especially after a verbal assurance that there would be no charge unless parts were replaced, feels unprofessional and unfair.

If you’re okay with paying nearly $350 and still having a leaking toilet, then by all means — hire this company.

To further elaborate, what’s truly disappointing about this incident is not that the issue wasn’t fixed the first time, but rather the fact that when we called your company, your customer service representative clearly stated that if no parts were replaced, there would be no charge. However, we were still billed $150 in the end. I do not blame the technician—he was completely unaware, as the verbal assurance given by your customer service was never communicated to the dispatched technician.

What’s even more infuriating is that when we called the company to ask why we were charged despite being told otherwise, the customer service representative replied, “Even doctors don’t diagnose everything on the first visit, but you still have to pay each time.” I will refrain from commenting on that statement, but if this is how your company treats its customers, then I had no choice but to accept it.

The workers from Mr.Handyman were the best!!! Windley and Mark Jamie &Chris were all very professional and kind and did great work. The cost of some jobs were way too expensive but the jobs were done great.

Randle did an amazing job. His exceptional attention to detail and tireless work ethic was above and beyond anything we expected. He did two bathroom renovations in one day, by himself, and did not miss so much as a screw. I would recommend him to anybody in need of a handyman. Truly a remarkable worker!

Loren and Randy arrived on time and installed an attic ladder in the garage. They were task oriented and knowledgeable. They took only 2 hours to complete the job. I was impressed with their detailed work. They did a good job cleaning up.

We are selling our house and had some odd jobs around the house including repairing the siding that had fallen off during a storm recently. The weather forecast called for rain all day so the siding was rescheduled for tomorrow. After finishing a different job for us, there was a break in the weather and our Service Professional, Randy, decided to fix the siding because he noticed people taking pictures for the sale. He saved us time and stress and he has my sincere gratitude. Mr. Handyman will always have my business.

The entire process was pleasant. Christopher performed my consult, took detailed notes, and supplied the quote shortly after. Communication with Angie to schedule the appointment was smooth. Brandon and Randy were punctual and worked through my punch list efficiently and proactively discussed options for resolution of the more challenging items. They paid attention to my requests, had a great sense of humor, and did a tremendous job.

I had a technician out to help with a smoke detector. He was prompt, professional and friendly. I will definitely use their service again.

I called for bot lock to be installed. The work was okay. However, I was charged $500 for an hour and a half installation. At the time I thought was very expensive...but didn't know better. Until I started asking friends and family what a typically cost for a bolt lock installation was. They all seemed to agree that the price for the work was WAY overpriced!

Howard did a great job installing grab bar in shower and changing overhead ceiling light bulbs. Also fixed leak in laundry room. I’ll be calling Mr. Handyman again.

Wonderful service!! From the initial call to the actual service, I was blown away! Angie with scheduling was so helpful in getting someone out to my home promptly while working with my schedule! She was a pleasure to talk to on the phone. Jamie came out and helped with my service and did a great job! He was very knowledgeable and kind. He even took the time to show me the steps on how I could do the remove the screens myself if they ever needed to be repaired. He was truly a wealth of knowledge and talked to me in a very respectful manner even though I may have asked some really obvious questions. (Haha)

Yesterday I had Howard and Brandon install my 18’ awning in my backyard. They were friendly and professional and loved my Giant Schnauzer puppy Poppy! Great job guys and I know I’ll have you back for more jobs.
