Mr. Handyman of Martinsburg and Charles Town

A Technician was sent out to clean my gutters and down spouts, he used a drone to inspect gutters. Technician was very customer focused.

Arrived on time complete the work in timely manner. Very professional was excited up to this point with the garage door.. So far no rain to see if the front door weather stripping will work,but I don't see any gaps.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. Rocky the technician was knowledgeable and able to fix everything well. He also was patient and took time to explain everything he was doing. I would use Mr. Handyman again and would recommend them for others.

Brian came out and made the work I needed done seem easy. He was quick, neat, courteous and did everything with a smile. So glad i called Mr. Handyman. Will definately use their services again.

Worked quick and efficiently. Removed a composite window. Helped pass a new couch through the window opening, and reinstalled the window, all in under one hour.

Brian from Mr. Handyman is outstanding. Arrived on time and reattached my window shutter that had blown off. After that he installed a new ceiling fan in my living room. He did all of this in a fraction of the time it would have taken me. I highly recommend Brian and Mr. Handyman for all of those projects around the house.

A great asset to your company is Brian a true ambassador for your company? The guy came in very knowledgeable of what he was doing explained everything that I needed to know work diligently on all the projects that I had. And if there was a problem he didn't stop until he fixed the problem. And I will ask for Brian any time. I call you all. To do a project for me, don't let this one go. He's worth the money!!!

Someone came the day after I called and my experience with the worker and the work he did was very positive. I think they're a bit expensive, at least for a low-income person like me, but they are licensed and insured professionals and if I need the same type of work done again, I plan to definitely call them.

Brian re-hung closet doors that had been off for years. He assessed what we needed and picked up the replacement hardware, then went about the work. I just wanted to take a moment to express appreciation for the excellent service of the Martinsburg/Charles Town area Mr. Handyman. Our technician, Kevin, was professional and thorough. Kevin assessed and promptly and skillfully repaired numerous drywall cracks and nail pops that resulted from years of structural settling, followed by painting the areas to match wall and ceiling paint. His work was flawless. Excellent craftsmanship and customer service at fair prices!

On time and priced reasonable. Kevin took on a tricky and sketchy job and made easy work of it. Worth every penny.

I’m super impressed with Mr. Handyman services! Scheduling was always a breeze and often times, the office would call with last minute openings so I never had to wait more than one week to get Kevin, my handyman, to come knock out the long list of projects. I love the versatility of my technician who did everything from installing a ceiling fan to hanging squirrel houses, and everything in between! First it took them four months to do my job. First reason was contractor was sick then work truck broke down on way to my job then some how I went from being next on the list to my job being three weeks out. Then they couldn't do the job because of high winds my job was on the second floor. They finally got to my job putting 7 pieces of siding back on my house that blew off in a storm total cost was $672.00 to reinstall 7 pieces of that was already cut. I will never use them again.

Renato worked very hard, removing an old mailbox and concrete and installing new. I was only glad it wasn’t the hottest day of the summer. Great job!

Renato, a technician from Mr. Handyman, was here bright and early in the morning. He was very hard working and professional. He had to clean out badly clogged gutters and downspouts that are 3 stories high. He was very careful on the ladders and thorough in removing all the clogging leaves and nests…he water tested each gutter and downspout as he proceeded. Job well done!

Fast and reliable service! The technician came out to our home the next day after making the initial call. The technician (Kevin) was knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. A long day of repairs and set up due to a new move. Wasn’t going well at the end but Victor the owner came in and refused to be defeated with a TV mount gone bad. My walls were brick and regular and it was not an easy set up. Long story short, everything was fixed, mounted and repaired but definitely not inexpensive. I’d recommend if you want a definite time in a definite day with good results. I’m tired of lackadaisical handymen. A one hour job takes 3 weeks. With Mr. Handyman you get results and it’s worth my time saved and frustration diminished.

This was a long road with the services they were hired for. I needed a VERY complicated repair on my wrap around porch, repairs to two outside door frames and a new ramp built for my shed. 1st let me say I hired this company knowing it was going to be expensive because they normally charge by the hour, but I wanted a reputable company because of the porch repair I needed and I've had some pretty horrible experiences with smaller companies in the past. It was not a necessarily non stressful experience, but I will say this, the owner Victor was was very pleasant to deal with, he truly wanted me to be pleased with my porch outcome, he worked with me, understood and acknowledged my concerns and most importantly MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT. Also, the repair tech assigned to me, Kevin, was unbelievablely professional, courteous and willing to hear me. It's been a 4 month journey with this company and I'm thrilled with the outcome, my beloved wrap around looks brand new. Mr. Handyman is a bit more expensive, but I believe you get what you pay for and I couldn't be more happy. Victor, Kevin and the office staff thank you so much!

Chris was a super nice guy and did a great job fixing what was asked. I would recommend Chris to do any household repairs.

We contacted Mr. Handyman to seal the top of Duct Chase in the attic, as the builder didn't install. We scheduled our appointment and Brian (our technician) was able to come out 1 day earlier, was on-time, inspected the attic area to determine parts needed, acquired the high-performance foam insulation and sealed the Duct Chase. Brian was very professional, communicative, and took pictures before and after the install. The price was reasonable for the professional work completed. Highly recommend Mr. Handyman for future general contracting work, and especially Brian (didn't get his last name) for his excellent work and professionalism.

Brian installed a entry door and combo storm door. Had to rebuild a whole new frame to make the door fix. Excellent personality and knowledge of performing the job. Very very particular about perfection which I deeply appreciated that. Looks fantastic and worked very hard on completing to his and my satisfaction. Cleaned very well as he was doing the job. I would recommend him for any job that I may need as well as anybody else.
