Tom came by to give me a quote on a job. He was able to do three different quotes, it was easy and fair. The team that did the install did a great job. Will use again in the future.

This company provided a reasonable estimate with appropriate recommendations for our roofing issues. They got us on the schedule quickly and did great work! Highly recommend!

We met with Devon, an excellent rep for Mr. GoodRoof, the company we contacted for help with our gutters. He knew his products well and was able to address our unique needs with knowledge, skill and expertise. He clearly explained what needed to be done and how his company would do the work. His office did a great job keeping us up to date with our scheduled appointment, which was just great. The problem that I never got the estimate I was told would come in a few days. A week later I called Mr goodroof and I was told Tom would get back to me. He called that day and told me I’d have the estimate the next day. A week later still no estimate. I was initially impressed but I had to move on and get the work done by another company

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. GoodRoof. Approximately four years ago, I had a roof leak that two other roofing companies could not find. Based on a referral from a friend, I called Mr. GoodRoof. William was dispatched to my home and he quickly found and repaired the problem (a flashing issue). He was thorough, knowledgeable, and he charged me a reasonable amount for the work. Two years later, a hail storm totally destroyed my roof. Based on my previous experience with William, calling Mr. GoodRoof was an easy call. William not only inspected my roof, but he also came back to do a second inspection with the adjuster from my insurance company. Without William’s assistance, I doubt that my entire roof would have been covered by my insurance company. Consequently, I hired Mr. GoodRoof to replace my roof. Not surprisingly, they did a fantastic job.

Unfortunately, in May of this year, Williamson county was hit with one of the worst hail storms I’ve ever seen. Once again, my roof was totaled. Again, I called Mr. GoodRoof, and again, they did an excellent job. I have been continually impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail by William. During the most recent roof replacement, I also had the privilege of dealing with Zak. Like William, he was a pleasure to deal with. They were clearly committed to providing outstanding customer service. My roof was replaced quicker than most of my neighbors who went with the out of state companies who knocked on doors in my neighborhood the morning after the storm. In addition, I had the pleasure of dealing with a local company that provides excellent service after the job is complete. They did such a great job that I asked them to put a Mr. GoodRoof sign in my yard when the job was complete. Simply outstanding!

Prescott and Owen did a fantastic job. They replaced a section of damaged gutter and now I just want them to come back and replace the rest of the house. As soon we can, that is exactly what we’ll do. I recommend this company and, specifically, Prescott and Owen, without hesitation.

I can't recommend Mr. GoodRoof enough for your roof repair needs. I had some extensive roof damage after some storms and Mr. GoodRoof was quick and helpful throughout the process - from quote to clean-up. The technicians that came to my house were all wonderful. I am very happy with my new roof and the service provided.

Roof replacement was fine. Issue is with other work that needed to be provided to complete insurance claim. Was told it would all be taken care of initially. There appeared to be know project supervisor to coordinate the complete job and get things scheduled to progress in a timely manor. It's been 2 weeks since roof was replaced and the rest of the work has not been completed.

I had a consultation with Tom about our roof needs. He took a long time to review our situation and gave me a lot of good information to think over. I was very impressed

My husband had initially booked them to clean our gutters however, Devon advised that they did not need cleaning and instead he replaced a section of our gutter that needed a repair due to water buildup. It looks great and we will definitely be booking Devon for any future maintenance or repairs. I highly recommend this company.

Devon and Owen did a fantastic job cleaning out the gutters. They are very professional and great to work with. They assured me the roof and gutters are in good condition. They went above and beyond even hosing off the area and walkway.

Mr. GoodRoof technicians, Prescott and Santiago, arrived an afternoon earlier than scheduled. This was coordinated because of the changing weather conditions. On Tuesday they completed shingle wind damage repair, replaced 2 pipe boots, installed a new heater vent and flashing and finally replaced to sections of damaged gutters. They returned early to replace 2 more pipe boots, completed a roof tuneup, cleaned the entire roof and finally, performed a roof restoration. Prescott kept me informed of their progress and answered my questions. He emphasized safety and care for the house and outside plants. He and Santiago operated as an excellent team. They made sure the work area was clean and all debris hauled away. The final result - the house looks beautifully renewed. Wow! Thank You!

Garrett conducted a thorough roof inspection and provided a detailed video walk-through of every issue discovered. He was honest and gave instructions on how to proceed and what to expect when dealing with insurance claims and adjusters. He was knowledgeable and well versed in all things related to the profession. I would not hesitate to call on him again.

Due to the storms in April, I have used the services of Mr GoodRoof twice. Both times they have responded quickly. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and efficient.

The technician did not show up and only notified me he wasn't coming until the time he was supposed to be at the house. Never called to apologize or reschedule, I went with another roofing company who was great , on time , professional and replaced my roof in one day. USA Roofing is the company I actually used. I was referred to Mr GoodRoof. I called to schedule for someone to come and give us an estimate to have our roof repaired because shingles came off during the strong winds. I received a call from Adam Hamilton and we had some phone issues he apologized and asked if he could come early. He came out VERY nice and he Thanked me for letting him come early. His bedside manners was AMAZING very nice to speak with someone that friendly. He told me he going to take care of us and that is what he did. Garrett and Prescott were both so helpful in fixing our roof leak in a timely manner. Garrett was especially friendly, taking the time to talk to us and our daughter about the trip we had just gotten back from. He also spent a good amount of time and effort to expedite the job so the leak could be fixed before the next rain. We wish that more businesses were as thoughtful and caring for every customer as much as the guys at Mr. GoodRoof are!

When William came over to look at my roof to give me an estimate, he was very professional. I was most impressed with the video he took of himself going up the ladder in front of my house to the roof and the narration of what he was finding as he was up there. After seeing the photos that another company took of what was supposedly my roof, but turned out not to be I particularly appreciated that. I was also most appreciative of his helpfulness and finding a payment plan that would work for me, and the fact that he didn't try to sell me on a product that was more than I needed or could afford. That's more than I could say for some other companies I've dealt with in the past. I look forward to having my new roof, and anticipate being able to give an equally glowing report on the completed job.

Mr Good Roof and our technician, William S, saved the day! We had a loose panel on our roof that we needed to address before the upcoming storms. Despite needing to do some tricky maneuvering, William was able to get it done, while remaining courteous and professional. Definitely recommend and will use again.

This company has changed ownership and not for the better. The service is horrible. I was called on a Sunday to get windows put in on a Tuesday. My wife took the day off and lost pay and Mr. Good roof didn't show up until 3 to install 6 windows. Needless to say we had to give up another day of our time for them to come out and do the job. It's been about 4 months and no one has been out to make sure the job was correct, not one phone call to see if we were happy, nothing. I will never use or recommend this company. It's obvious ownership is everything.
