Good honest people!!!!!! They are quick to respond, detailed with information, accommodating on time, and honest! They came and saw our chimney was actually already clean and looked good so they left without charging!!! You just earned a customer for life!

Hired them to come clean 2 chimneys. Came on time and looked at chimneys and told me they we really clean and didn't need cleaning. SUPER HONEST. The didn't want me to pay them! Owner said just give us some gas money. Really? Gave them a boost they were so happy.

Good old fashioned business honesty! They evaluated my situation and responded with, "You don’t need it cleaned right now. In the future do the exact same thing and email us a picture and we’ll say yay or nay. In the meantime save the money and keep doing exactly what you’re doing " You can't beat that!

Phyllis & Mason did an excellent job replacing the flex hose behind my dryer and went above and beyond to help clean out the dryer lint trap as well. They were quick to respond, affordable, and overall pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

Phyllis and Mason were wonderful to work with. They responded quickly to my inquiries, scheduled dryer vent cleaning fast, and kept me informed through the whole process. They arrived on time and were very knowledgeable.
Everything they said and did made sense. Walked me through the process and explained how to clean the filter they installed. They even had me do it while they were there to be sure I was comfortable and knew what I was doing.
Can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommend them!

They were knowledgeable, professional, honest, and thorough. They are nice people who care about their customers. I had a feeling that we were in need of a dryer cleaning. We called up Mr. Chimney and got back to us very quickly and were at our house within 3 days. I showed them where the dryer was and did quite a bit of observing them and asking questions. They were so friendly and did a great job. I never thought that I would need to have our dryer cleaned, but I’ll be using these guys every year now! Such good people!

My dryer vent was clogged, and I needed someone to clear that. Mason was very friendly and helpful. He was able to come over the same day, cleared the vent and my dryer was back to working perfectly. He did a great job
