Mr Carports

Mr Carports sells so much more than carports. Yajaira (Yaya) sold me a 64x48 commercial grade custom building for a very competitive price. She was great to work with throughout the entire process…even after the sale. [orders get handed off to their sister company “Custom Built Structures” for manufacturing and install]. I would encourage anyone who is thinking about a new building to call her up and get a quote. Make sure you spend the time to go through each detail…you’ll wish you had later if you don’t. She was very patient with me as I had a clear idea of exactly what I wanted…and in the end they nailed it. So happy with the finished product.

Courteous employees. Came and installed a 24x30 metal structure in a reasonable amount of time . They also had the best price. I'm very pleased with my structure and it just survived a hurricane (Helene). Recommended.

Valeria Martinez was spectacular, such a pleasure to work with to get our barn design just right! Thomas Hernandez made the transaction easy as could be! Now, onto the building process: Robert and his crew were the most professional and meticulous team! We’ve worked with many contractors and crews and this team was outstanding! If we ever need another job done we will request Robert. Attention to detail, speed of job, professionalism…top notch! This entire process from start to finish was so wonderful!

Very disappointed in the service from Mr Carports, Custom Built structures also.. I ordered 2 buildings at the same time. Over 25k worth. Sales were great, prompt at answering questions and then once I got turned over to management and then to Custom Built Structures it was all downhill. I have a new building with doors that don't work correctly, leaks in the roof. Installers worked in the dark and wanted me to have a telehandler to help them with doors. 2 days after the install they called and said I did not pay in full which i did when they completed install. It took me 2 weeks to get a paid receiptafter hounding them about it. So watch yourself with these companies. I will not get them to install the second building. And do not recommend them to anyone.

Bunch of thieves and shady folks work here. This is just the first layer, they'll sell you a structure and claim 10-15 business days until installed. Then they will send you over to Custom Built Structures who actually supplies the building, CBS will hire a sub crew to do the install. NO ONE takes responsibility for anything. I initially offered an additional $500 up front to avoid any issues with getting my building installed. Issues being - do not bring a 30 ft gooseneck trailer, do not have mine as the first drop to avoid flipping over because of turns, sent pictures, dimensions, distances, etc. Signed a contract and was told 10-15 business days or less before it was installed. 26 business later, it was scheduled to be installed, then pushed out another 2 days. 1st install crew shows up with 4 guys, turned around and left. Said they didn't want to do it. Took forever to get anyone on the phone for an explanation. They claimed, sorry, it's a sub crew. We can't tell them what to do. That's their way of stating they aren't assuming responsibility for anything. After FINALLY getting my building rescheduled, along with my electricians and movers, it was scheduled for 8/14, then 8/15, then 8/16, and lastly 8/17. This crew showed up with only 2 guys, he pulled up my driveway and into my backyard with minimal issues. My neighbor and I helped unload the tubing, then the driver decided he'd get closer to the concrete pad. Look at that! He parked right in front of it. I brought the guys beers and picked up their pizza for them so they could keep working. I still got stuck with paying extra, although no one paid any attention to my suggestions the first go round nor did they hold up to their 10-15 days or less until installed claim either. Not to mention me constantly shifting around my schedule as well as movers and an electrician. When I requested to have the $500 additional removed because of issues this company caused, they claim there is nothing they can do and acted like they had done no wrong. I spoke with Carlos and he mentioned removing $250, but when it came down to time to pay, they removed NOTHING. They will NOT let you speak to the owner although I attempted to multiple times. Maybe he hides behind his desk and lets all his employees lie to his customers, I don't know. I will make sure to never recommend this company to anyone in the future. Do not trust this company. Don't let this company screw you like they did me.

Mr. Carports was the best to work with and pricing was untouchable. Junior Gonzalez in sales was the best. He was great to work with and he was very patient with me. It seemed as though I had delay after delay and it was all on my end. Trying to figure out exactly what I wanted and what size I wanted. Junior answered all of my questions and made helpful suggestions. I had a delay in getting my concrete poured and he was again, patient and he understood. Once I placed my order it was only 4 weeks when they showed up to build my building. The crew that built mine was AWESOME. They showed up late in the evening around dark and got straight to work. They worked from the light from our dusk to dawn light. They got a few hours in and then came back the next day and finished up. They cleaned up everything when they were finished. I do not remember their names, but it was three brothers and they did an absolute perfect job. I mean FANTASTIC!! I could not recommend buying a metal building from anyone but Mr. Carports. Ask for Junior in sales and if you are in the Midwest, ask for the crew out of Arkansas to build your building.

Mr. Carports is a great business to deal with. Mr Hayes was with me from the beginning to the end of the installation of my building. The technicians that installed my building were very professional.

We love our new garage. Exactly what we wanted and the gentlemen that installed it were absolutely fantastic. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Thank you so much!

This was an easy process, from ordering to delivery and completion. My salesman, Mickey, was amazing to work with. He walked me through the process and designed exactly what I wanted. Adrian and the office staff were spot on with all the communication about the buildings, scheduling and delivery. Leo and the crew came out and done a fantastic job with building the structure and answering any questions that I had duing the process. I would highly recommend Mr carports to anyone needing a building, shed or carport. 50x70 dream garage.

Adrian and all of the crew at Mr Carports were absolutely very helpful and when the installation crew came to install building they just as helpful and done an amazing job building my shop. Thank you to all the people that helped me get what I needed and wanted.

We had the absolute best experience with Mr. Carports! We found them on Facebook and was a little hesitant putting down deposit, signing contract, etc because of all the scams! We took a leap of faith, vetted the company and salesman and let me tell you….WORTH IT! These guys had our building up in ONE day! They worked hard, never had a break and was done in 10
