Michael is absolutely terrific. I'd give him 6 or 7 stars if the ratings allowed it. He has completed lots of work for me on my house which was previously a rental that I bought, and which was not well maintained as a rental. The major project that Michael completed was the replacement of the roof with a metal roof. This project also included a "stiffening" of the support structure under the roof. The project arose after my older roof began leaking in a couple of places. Michael diagnosed the cause and advised me on options to fix the problem... he was honest and straightforward at all times. He was also the same way when advising me about the risks of the roof support structure. His prices are reasonable, and Michael is completely trustworthy. He also completed several smaller tasks for me that were included in another project... these were sealing outside access to the basement/crawl space area and access to the inside of the house from the basement/crawl space area, re-mounting and weather stripping the front and basement (outside access) doors for a much-improved fit and seal, and replacing the toilet. He has done a wonderful job advising me on all the above tasks and completing them quickly, as scheduled, and on time. Michael is also very personable and easy to work with... having him around my home is a pleasure. I can't say enough good things about Michael... he will definitely be my "go to" contractor in the future.

Shortly after purchasing my home I wanted a back door installed because there was not one. Mike was referred to me by a neighbor and I cannot say enough good stuff about Mike and the job he performed. I am very happy with his work and will be hiring him in the future for all projects that require a contractor. Thank you Mike.

Michael is very reliable and professional. He communicated progress, deadlines, and necessary materials perfectly. The window replacement went so smoothly and the end result looked 100x better than the original. I would definitely use him again for other projects in the future.
