Mountain View Property Services

I was very pleased with the customer service. Mountain View was always very responsive to our problems with the apartment. The lease is professional and the rent was on the cheaper side for the location of the apartment. When we first moved in, some work was needed for the apartment and that was completed after we moved in. Everything from move in to move out went smoothly and they were very helpful. The other tenants in the apartment complex were not always the friendliest but any problem we had was quickly resolved. I would definitely recommend Mountain View Property Services and their apartments.

I have hired Mountain View for a few projects this year (back deck, shiplap wall, general moving help). Very professional, fair pricing, children and pet friendly. Would hire again!

Worst landlord and property manager we have ever had. We were supposed to move in on the 1st and when I showed up to get the keys, he was still living in the apartment! Let's just say we moved in to a not so up to par apartment, but we moved out and left it 100x better than we found it. Promised to fix things and never did or it would take constant calls and texts for him to come; those projects were never full finished. We made sure we would get our security deposit back, as my partner cleans and repairs housing so we knew exactly how to fix any small issues from normal wear and tear. It has now been 24 days since we moved out, I notified him on the 31st that we had moved out and cleaned. According to Vermont state law, he has 14 days to provide me with a statement of why he is not paying, or a check-- he has done neither. Multiple attempts via email,texts and phone and no response... DO NOT PURCHASE/RENT ANY PROPERTY FROM MICAH PAROLINE OR HIS COMPANY.

Micah has paid the security deposit in full, after multiple attempts to contact.

This young man was starting a business and I wanted to support him in his new adventure. He has spent many years helping his father work on properties and really seemed to know what he was doing. Unfortunately this has not turned out to be the case. After 2 months he stopped responding to attempted contacts, collected rent and never turned it over to the owners, has never given copies of the tenant's leases to the property owners. They do not even know who is living in their homes. At this point it will require legal action to get the money back, the keys and the leases. He is the only one who has keys since he changed the door knobs. BEWARE and share with your friends, I would hate to see this happen to anyone else.
