Coming from an old travel agency owner/agent.
I have to say; this place was absolutely horrid! The price to stay is truly over priced and not worth it, even for those just needing to lay down for a few! The pictures are of the first room I was in.
People living in the Motel! Not respectful or even held at any standard! Dead and alive bugs. They say the remodeled the first room I was in and well, the pictures say everything! Broke down vehicle's all throughout the parking lot. When I went to say something to the front desk and owners, I got patronizing remarks and nothing they can do but move rooms. The new room was even worse than the first one.
The pool is not properly maintained let alone any of it. As far as I am concerned at this point, this place should not be operational and needs complete take over or at least a lot of help!
As a representative of the travel world; I highly recommend you do not stay here, at this point!

I would recommend that no one stays here we made a reservation & then called when we knew we'd be checking in late they said it was fine they had our reservation. Then when we got there they told us they had no rooms available. Just poor business all around & it shows up as two different hotels at the same address. Don't waste your time or money with these people we had been on the road for more than 17 hours & just looking to get some rest but had to drive another hour just to find a room. If I could give them a 0 stars I would. Also known as the Nest Inn

Newly renovated, clean pool, and pet friendly. This hotel also does weekly rates. Convenient store and restaurant within walking distance. The hotel is located right off of the highway. It is great for truckers since the millers store has semi parking

So at $60 a night, we got what we paid for. Some amenities listed, but not available:
-Pool (waiting on a city inspection in July 2022).
-Morning breakfast as listed at the front desk.

Other notable items:
-No bath mat in front of the shower or one in it to prevent slipping.
-Beds have plastic wrap over mattress with linens over the plastic.

-Soap, toilet paper, iron available on request.
-Front desk helpful and willing to change your room if needed.

Had issues opening door, floor peeling up, possible mold over shower, shower head sprayed water over the curtain, no smoke alarm in room (just bracket for one), weak wifi that kept cutting out so I gave up.

Bed was nice, heat worked, quiet place is why gave 2 stars instead of just one.

Won't stay here again. Not Motel 6 anymore, Travelodge now.

They have roaches. Floors falling apart. You can smell the mold. I complained a time or twice we went through three different rooms. One of the cleaning ladies barged in my room when my do not disturb sign was on the door. Not to mention I heard a few racial comments as she left our room. I used to stay here years ago and never had this problem. They’ve definitely gone downhill.

Worst accommodations ever. roaches, paper in locks openings so the ajoining room can't see in your room, spider webs in closet with no racks to hang your clothes, lamp wires hanging across doors entrance, Antique furniture from the 1990's. Will never ever return to this flop house. Should get a refund

If this is the last hotel on earth stay here otherwise anything would be better. We had to ask for more towels. There are no supplies in the room, no extra toilet paper, no glass for water,no mirror. The bathroom door doesn't shut at all the room door did not shut well. The room was not clean. I don't like to be all negative but I am sorry, I don't have anything good to say. I know this is a budget hotel but it does not meet even the basic requirements

The hotel was over priced for the nasty dirty room, the bathroom was a surely discusting, toilet was dirty, walls were all black, the tv didn't work ,no ice machine, no fridge , the mirror was filthy, like nobody ever cleaned the room after the last person left, I will be calling the better buisness bureau, and the health department on them.

At least it had a bed to sleep on but would never sleep under the covers as sheets were dirty, smell of smoke, the ac unit knob falls off so no air conditioning... life risk to sit on toilet, shower was out of the question ... pictures are false advertising compared to the room we received

Without children the stay was fine. Not a lot of people staying due to remodeling. Not as bad as some reviews suggest but you can't beat 39$ on hotels.com
Don't pay the whole $55 if you don't have too.
Also smoking rooms are offered if you want this. I have noticed many hotels do not offer this any longer.

Floor was sticky, was a non smoking room but had a leftover cigar under the bed along with about an inch of dust and crud, and old wrappers. The bathtub had mold to high heaven, there was questionable spots on the ceiling, and the refrigerator was broken and leaking and when front desk was notified of this problem they were already aware and made no effort to fix it or remove it from the room. Would not stay here again if I was paid to

The owner kicked me and my firend our because we asked for clean sheets. Please don’t stay here. Rooms are dirty. The cleaning staff was nice but the owner lied to me and kept pointing his fingers in my face and starring me down making me feel very threaten. They took my money and gave my room key to someone claiming the person wasent a guest but still provided them with a new room key the day before. They charge to wash your own sheets. They also kick out people left and right causing disruptions throughout the day and night. Don’t give them your money...the cleaning staff are very respectful it’s the owner and the front desk manger that is prejudice...

The room was adequate but there were some issues. I could not get the television to turn on, the room phone did not work, the wifi was iffy at best, had to go to the desk to get ice, and a noisy air conditioner. I was tired so no TV wasn't an issue. Staff could work to correct those problems

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
