They subcontracted the original KR two years ago for house and garage roofing.
Work was well done.
Lately I had a wet garage floor. Very puzzling. The subcontractor came out right away and found nothing.
I spent $600+ on a better door mechanism. When water still came in, I had the garage door lower rubber strip replaced.
All is dry now!

Extremely disappointed in this company. I grew up in Barrington and now live in Barrington, I believe in supporting local business. Chose Morningside Exteriors for this reason. After a home visit was made and our window installation was evaluated we had to continue to ask for our quote. After we finally recieved it we decided to have them install our windows. We were told that product would not be in for 3 months so the project wouldn’t take place until October. Called because it’s almost November and they have no recollection of our business even though I had emails and text messages to prove it. Very unprofessional and unfortunate for this company as we have a lot of friends in the area and I will be making sure everyone knows about my experience.

I have worked with Jimmy- President of Morningside Exteriors 5 years ago. Jimmy was a proffesional, and enduring representative of his previous company. He was easy to work with, he was fair with his prices. His employees were stand up guys that i trusted inside of my home. In fact, I recently had a warranty issue with a window due to the polar vortex, I contacted Jimmy and he instantly helped me get the resolution to my problem in the most stress free manor. I highly recommend giving Morningside Exteriors a chance to bid your job. You wont be disappointed.

I was interested in hiring Morningside Exteriors to do a sunroom build on my existing home. I setup an appointment and the guy did not show up and called 30 minutes later asking to reschedule. I rescheduled and the day the guy was supposed to come, another man came in his place. We went through the area and measured what we wanted in size and went through the design/description of the sunroom. I was told in person and in email that I would get an estimate within 2 weeks. 3 weeks went by and no one had contacted or responded with any update. On the 4th week I reached out asking for an update and was told by the man who came out, he had no update and didn't know what to say and wished me luck on my project. This is a representation of how they do business then NEVER do business with them.
