I cannot speak highly enough of Morgan Building Designs. Their professionalism and expertise has proven to be just what I needed! I was alerted by a potential buyer of my home that he "detected'' possible problems when looking at the house. I immediately contacted a recommended contractor, who in turn recommended a couple of engineers that might be able to help me assess the true status of the home. I first called Eric and Alicia, who responded to my call within what seemed minutes and were at the house within a couple of days. They made not one, but two trips to the house to ensure their assessment was complete. My husband and I are so confident, and happy with their findings. We can now move forward with confidence!

I recently had a home inspection done, which uncovered a critical issue, and hired Morgan Building Designs to inspect a roofing issue. They were very pleasant to deal with and very quick to begin the inspection. During their inspection, they not only confirmed if the work done was by code or not, but thoroughly inspected the ceilings and floor joists and gave me a complete report of what work was done, and exactly how it impacted the structural integrity of the building. On top of that, they discovered other issues and reported on that as well. In dealing with me, and the sellers real estate agent, they were equally neutral and professional from both parties point of view. I will be hiring them again in the future, feel completely comfortable recommending them if you should need a reputable review of work needing done

If you're buying a house, especially on any kind of slope, don't skip a structural inspection! We are very grateful that Morgan Building Designs was so thorough in their work. If not for them, we would have purchased a home and then wound up facing costs in excess of $100,000 in repairs due to settling and retaining wall issues that we didn't even notice.

We also like that they offer a full inspection with report as well as just a consult, which is half the cost, without the report. They're professional and do quality work. We're happy to recommend them.
