My hose bibb cracked and Wes leaking into my crawl space. Justin advised me to not use the bibb and he would be over. He cam over and assessed it, gave me an idea of what it would be to repair it and verified it wasn't continuing to leak. When he repaired it it took less time than originally thought. He was quick, very responsive and kept me updated as to what he was doing and what he was seeing. He made a suggestion about making sure to winterize the area that the bibb was so there wouldn't be a risk of a burst bibb again!
