Contractor provided good communication, job was quoted as two days and completed in 2 days. Subcontractor did good work, Jonny Moos did good job managing subcontractor, and keeping me informed of when work would be performed and when crew would be on site. Would use Moos Def Contractor again for exterior work

My tenants were having issues with a roof leak, and I had called two other contractors who either couldn't identify the issue, or were trying to get me to replace the entire roof (for context, it had just been replaced around 2 years ago). Jon was able to come out that same day and quickly identified the issue. It ended up being a small fix, which he took care of immediately - no wait time! My tenants have not reported any issues since the repair was made. Highly recommend!

Great install team, super nice, respectful and fast! Jonny was attentive and helpful during the whole process and the windows were a very fair price. Replaced my whole homes windows that were all old and broken. Can’t recommend them enough!

Very professional and thorough and great expertise in what they do. I shared the pucs of the work which was a very tricky repair work.they thought through it and repaired it meticulously. We were so impressed we also have them work to fully replace the two front brick window sils. Was very prompt in communication and updates as the schedule was delayed due to rainy weather. Very professional to work with and exceeded expectations. Jonny kept us in the loop throughout the project and worked with us as things came up, finding solutions to all obstacles. He also determined that we didn’t need all the repairs in the contract and adjusted it accordingly. He is customer focused, trustworthy and does good work at a fair price. We highly recommend him.

Outside improvements: painting, new shutters, old boards replaced with PVC, install new gutter guards, removed old back doors and replaced with Garden door.

Jonny is great! We're not new to projects and he's one of the best we've worked with. He did a phenomenal job matching the brick color. His work looks SO MUCH BETTER than the previous condition of the joints! He took great care to give us a good result, and it shows. His prices were comparable to other quotes but I think we got better work. He always has great communication too.

Jonny was such a great contractor for that house that I chose to use him for a full, complex, interior and exterior renovation of my next house. He’s great. Use him. You’ll get great work and you’ll feel like he cares about you and your project. I’ve used a lot of contractors over the years and I feel like he’s among the best. Sent his information to several friends who’ve used him, and they say the same.
