Denis and his team came recommended to us by a friend who’s a very reputable architect. They did a rear addition in our house. Great people to work with, very knowledgeable contractor. They always kept us informed of the whole process while we were living down in Florida :)

Words cannot explain how great it was talking with Denis and getting all the reassurance to getting the job done. His workers arrived on time when they said they would be there. They covered my property very well and protected my house, my A/C units, my deck, everything. The roof, siding and windows were beautifully done, exactly like sample photos they had sent me before I accepted the bid. The crew cleaned up so thoroughly that they left no trace on my grounds that they were ever there. They were all very polite and respectful. They replaced my roof, siding and all of the front windows. They made a thorough cleaned up after the job was done, it looked as if they were never there. TOP NOTCH COMPANY! VERY HAPPY I FOUND THEM!

Unfortunately I had two pipes burst in my second floor and basement because my daughter accidentally turned off the heater while we were traveling during Thanksgiving. As aggravating as that was, they made it about as painless as they could. Monticello Construction came in and did a remarkable job at not only removing all of the water but they were very efficient as well at restoring my second floor bathroom, second floor walls and floor, and the whole basement. They did a great job and SUPER FAST! They discussed everything with my insurance company and kept me informed of their progress until it got approved. I would recommend them to anyone. They are the only ones I would ever use for emergency incidents.

In the past, we have worked with several design-build firms, general contractors, small handymen, and everything in between. I can confidently say that Monticello Construction offers some of the best value in the business. They did a full basement remodeling for us and did a great job. If any future project arises, we won’t hesitate to go with them again.

I’m very content with the work finished and how Denis ( the owner ) was very open to hear my ideas. I’m in love with my new doors.

Monticello Construction has completed 6 major renovations/additions for us and has built 2 new houses for us. We have worked with Denis and his team for a couple years now. Their work has always been top quality, their standards are high and you should be prepared for what that means financially.
