Greg Diggs came out to look at our gutters, quickly identifying the issue and recommending the best course of action. He explained everything clearly and patiently answered all my questions. Scheduling was prompt, and the work was completed fast and efficiently. Greg and his team even went above and beyond to dig up and replace our broken drain pipe, replacing a pulled-up board on our deck and cleaning up afterwards. Greg came back the next day to walk through what all his team had done and provided clarity on some concerns I had regarding gutter guards. He really knows his stuff and is very friendly! We had a leak coming into our primary bedroom and found Montgomery Roofing online. Greg was very responsive and helpful, he walked me through the possibilities and even showed up to be present when the inspector from the insurance company came to make their evaluation. He also did the extra leg-work to find replacement skylights when it came to pass that ours needed to be replaced and were an odd size. His crew was on time and worked efficiently, the whole back half of our roof was re-shingled with replacement skylights installed in a little more than a day. Would definitely recommend and use again should the need arise. Pricing was clear and felt fair.

Just a follow-up. I had a problem with the gutter guards that were initially installed because of the helicopters on my maple tree. Mr Greg Diggs was amazing on a roof repair project he worked on with us. The roof was in a dire condition and he managed to explain to us what was needed and how he could resolve it; and delivered on exactly that with no issues.

He is very seasoned and had an understanding of the needs of the different perspectives i.e the client's needs , our needs and the field technicians needs. With this the project was able to be completed with satisfaction from all the parties.

He was also very adaptable and knowledgeable in dealing with follow on issues that came from repairing the roof, dealing with bad weather during a roof repair.
