We had 2 air conditioners installed by Montgomery . They were very efficient and skilled. We would highly recommend them.

Great company to deal with. They came out to service my Trane heating and air conditioning system and my Trane house Cleaneffects unit. Did a great job very courteous and professional and friendly. Signed up for their annual service. No more worries for me.

I have been associated with Montgomery H&A since I purchased my home in 2013. Annual maintenance has always been scheduled and performed professionally and with consideration of my schedule. I am completely happy with their service and personnel. I am very comfortable with them and am happy to have someone I know I can rely on for honesty and integrity to do a professional job free from fear of being taken advantage of. The fee for annual maintenance is nominal for having someone I know I can depend on for emergencies.

We have been using them for years and are very happy. They do 2 maintenance checks a year and any issues we have ever had they always send someone out here quick! I would recommend them to anyone!

We were very happy with the maintenance inspection of our HVAC that Jason did. He was beyond thorough and professional. I feel confident going into the warmer months that our system will work well and if a service call is by chance needed that MH&A will be out ASAP to remedy the situation.

I contacted Jason after moving here while constructing our cabins. we ended up with 2 Mitsubishi mini splits and they are extremely effective. Jason was very professional in coming out and reviewing our needs. Jackson and his helper came out for the install and they did a awesome job! I am scheduled on the twice annual service plan and that gives us great piece of mind knowing our system will always be in top shape. This last winter we had some really cold temperatures and I was concerned for nothing. It was -7 outside and we were a toasty 68 inside and I didn't even have it cranked up. Our brother in law had a dual zone mini installed in his cabin by Montgomery Heating and Aire as well and loves it too! Thank you all for what you have done for us!

Montgomery Heating and Aire scheduled and the workers completed a work order to replace a cracked roof HVAC vent and pipes in my attic in a quick and very professional manner. It was a very hot day for the men to be working in my attic and on my roof but completed in a few hours. i was completely satisfied with the results and the positive attitude with the individual who scheduled the work order and the individuals who completed the work. Our AC started blowing warm air so I called Montgomery Heating & Air. It was after hours but they came out right away. The tech was knowledgeable and had cool air blowing thru our house very quickly after replacing a part and checking it's operation.

My central heat has went out twice during a cold spell and they were here as soon as possible and getting it fixed My unit is old so it has ran into a few unexpected problems, but they’ve had no problems figuring it out and getting it back up and running I highly recommend Montgomery heating and air

I have a service contract and when I needed MH&A because my heater quit, they informed me that it's doubtful we will make it today and with the snow coming it will be after the snow hits.
This started when I called their after hours service (24 hr) from 2am til 8am no answer. They finally answered at 8:03am.
2 hrs later is when the service technician called with the above info.
I asked to have him contact someone with the business to call me.
He said if I wanted to call someone go ahead it's Sunday and no one is there.
Also I have a UV light burned out and I have been waiting for over 1 year for them to replace. It was sold and installed by MH&A.

The worst company that ever dealt with they ripped us off for $290 they left us high and dry where our elderly couple and I’m on disability and we have not had a heater in week and a half now there are horrible company whatever you do don’t deal with Macgomery hire someone else there’s kinds of heating and air conditioner guys out there that won’t do what they did to me yet PS Montgomery I’ll be seeing you in court. I’ll guarantee you that. !!!!

We called on a weekend and Dave came straight out and fixed our unit. We signed up for a maintenance contract and Kyle comes out to do our semi annual maintenance. They are always very professional and courteous. We have really enjoyed service with them.

Great response time and service provided when my elderly parents’ AC went out during a heat wave. Montgomery showed up quickly and resolved the problem.

This has to do with our maintenance contract and your customer service. I have an annual service contract and it seems to be impossible to get your people out here to do the bi-annual service. My winter service had 2-3 no shows and while I waited for them I received no phone call from them cancelling the appointment. Now we are into summer and I had an appointment for the 22nd of May between 2-3 PM. Again a no show and no phone call. In the beginning I had great service, couldn't ask for better. but now it has gone downhill. I know in business time is money but my time is valuable too and I hate wasting it waiting for a scheduled service.

Dealt with Mike and you couldn't ask for a more professional or nice of a guy. They give you an estimate ahead of time so you know exactly what you're looking at as far as the price. They also take care of my mom's house and treat them well! I highly recommend them!

Do not recommend. They were supposed to give a call back with a time to set up an appointment to come out and look at our unit and they never returned call. We gave them a call a week later. The lady says yeah we are backed up and hung up on us.

They were able to come out within 2 days, gave us a quote that evening and was installing our new unit within 9 days.

I have used Montgomery since 2015. They are a quality company with qualified and quality employees. They are timely and responsive to service requests. Staff are professional and clean up work areas when done. They also communicate areas checked and status. Leaves me feeling secure that heating and air systems are functioning safely and efficiently.

Any time I have had to call on Montgomery Heating and Air they have always showed up at my home in a timely fashion. They have always been courteous and have always fixed my problem.

I called MH&A on 9/27/2021 after my central heat quit working. They came out the same day and in 5 minutes he diagnosed the draft motor assembly had rusted completely and crashed. The tech ordered the replacement and had it overnighted. On 9/29/2021 they were back out, replaced the motor assembly in about 30 minutes and tested the heater out. It works perfectly. Great job guys :-). I highly recommend this company. They are efficient, curious, dependable and very reasonably priced. Folks in the office are also great to work with. I will definitely use them on any next heat & air repair. Big THANKS to you guys.

I have used this company before and they were A+, now here we are 13 years later and I can they have gotten bad. It took 6 months to get the equipment, and not once was I contacted by them to keep me updated on the status, I had to call them. I left numerous messages with their answering service and they still never returned the calls. I spoke with someone 3 times, only because I got lucky and called when someone was in the office. Once the equipment was in and installed, September 15th, they were missing a "board" to make everything work. The guys installing it said that someone would be back that Friday, September 17th, no one showed. Finally called the office 3 more times and finally got someone, left 2 messages that weren't returned. I was told that someone would be out to finish the installation first thing on Friday October 8th. The person showed up about 9:30 and he hooked up the electronic air cleaner and left still not completing the work. I called following Monday and left a message and never got a response. I called again Tuesday and was told that they were researching it and would get back to me. Here we are 2 weeks later and nothing else has been done. I would highly encourage you to consider other companies before using this one.

During the winter of 2019 my units heat exchanger went out in November I was told that Montgomery was the best o only give one star because the part was warranted but everytime I'd call from Nov 2019 to march 2020 the guy(Jason) would say the samething he'd see if it was in . I finally had enough and went to a train dealer and my heat exchanger had been sitting in springdale Arkansas for that whole time the other company found this out within 15 min of me telling them my issue with Montgomery and I had it fixed 2 days later. Seems like they dont worry much about warranty parts!?!

Excellent. Response was fast. The problem was searched for until found then repaired. I will use their services again without hesitation.

Montgomery responded promptly to my HVAC issue. They had been recommended by a friend. I was very pleased with their service and professional work. I will refer friends to them in the future.

Called for my A/C unit not working properly. Response time was great. Repair was a maintenance issue and was handled quickly and efficiently, with my unit being restored to working properly.

i have asked for help with the unit in one of the
bedrooms. i can't regulate the heat properly. someone was going to come here free of charge to explain the proper use of the settings on the remote. we did reschedule the first time they were going to come to the house. the second appointment no one showed up. a voicemail left for Mike Montgomery was not answered.
i admit that i might be in error with how set to set it properly,but both last year and again this fall i am not getting a helpful response. our units are out of warranty now and apparently my concerns are out of importance as well.
one service call this spring fixed a leak in the system. we were glad for that appointment and also being vindicated that something was really wrong. my concerns were validated then.

We chose Montgomery Heat & Air out of the 4 Estimates we received for our Heat & Air and duct work replacement, not because they had the cheapest bid but because We were impressed with the detailed knowledge and attention to detail that Mike Montgomery went over with us in the original bid. His team, Jackson and Ethan, were consummate professionals. They showed up on time and worked hard everyday, they were courteous and knowledgeable. Their dedication to their craft was on display every day. They were a pleasure to work with and I could not have been happier with them. They were outstanding and a credit to their company. I posted the above review about 18 months ago and we are still extremely satisfied with this company. Just a month ago we called to have our unit checked for it’s maintenance since winter is coming. When the service man came to the door he let me know that he thought our gasoline to our wall unit fireplace might have a leak, this is a unit that has been there for several years. He advised we call a qualified plumber to double check and turned the gas at our tank off. He saved our families lives with his diligence because although he could smell the gas he could hear it and it turns out it was a pretty significant leak as the person who had installed the line used the wrong part. I cannot thank Montgomery Heating and Air enough, their team has been outstanding from beginning to end. Thank. You again.

Showed up 5 minutes early. Diagnosed problem in 10...fixed in 20. Professional, courteous,friendly,knowledgeable.
Even though unit to be repaired was in crawl space under house..no complaint, unlike another local service used previously who upped their service call by 25.00 when realizing unit was under house. Recommended by my daughter who had an equally professional and friendly experience. Won't be using anyone else in the future.

We have maintained a service contract with Montgomery Heating & Aire since they installed our Trane system more than 10 years ago. Their maintenance visits are always friendly and professional, and on several occasions went beyond the routine to troubleshoot and fix issues such as water leakage from AC (thanks Dave!). When you call MH&A, you will likely speak with Pam, who makes a person feel like an old friend! She sends out reminders 2x a year to make sure clients get convenient and timely service and is exploring even more efficient ways to ensure delivery of her appointment cards. MH&A have also recently added an on-site credit card payment option for their customer's convenience. We would highly recommend MH&A for any and all heating and airconditioning equipment/installation and service.

Update - October 2020. Montgomery Aire has failed to make this install correct, even after leading me to believe they would get to it. They failed.

Update - August 2020. This seems wrong, it is wet and collapsing. I've asked MH&A to fix this, but so far they have not. Changing to 3 stars for now.

This Trane 3 ton heat pump package unit is so quiet I can't believe it. I can stand directly next to it and carry on a phone conversation. I am happy I spent the extra money on a Trane. Jason and Pam were easy to work with and communication was excellent. Installation was timely and went smoothly. They even went a bit outside their service area for this job, at no extra cost. Their price was right on target for the job, based upon what I read on the internet. It felt good doing business with them.

Mike and his guys (Jackson and Ian) did a wonderful job. Very down to earth people with the customer in mind. This went very well from the start (Estimate) to the installation. Jackson and Ian seemed to be very knowledgeable, and was practicing very good team work to do the job effectively and efficiently, as well as going the extra mile to make sure ALL was working properly. I had told them about a problem we had last winter with the heat, and immediately they troubleshooted, diagnosed, and fixed the issue, all in the same installation process. Very stand-up and honest workers. Thanks Mike, Jackson, and Ian for good experience. Job well done! ;)

My air went out on a friday evening. My call went to the answering service. I advised them it wasn't an emergency, and as it was so late in the evening, I could wait until tomorrow for a call back. Within 5 minutes my phone was ringing, and Kyle was telling me he had 2 free hours with nothing better to do than fix my central unit. Within the hour he had arrived, corrected the issue, and was gone again. Other than overpaying for the part he used, as opposed to having had the leisure to order it off Amazon in the past, I was completely satisfied and hoping to be able to sign up soon for their peace of mind maintenance plan.

5 stars here to Mike and his crew. The real test of service is when there is an issue. We had a issue shortly after install of a Trane mini split system. As with most "issues", it wasn't a short service call to resolve. This company is always prompt and very intent on getting things right. I would definitely recommend Montgomery Heating & Aire .

Service person, Justin, was on time and did a splendid job servicing our heating system and in a timely manner. We liked his friendly attitude. Highly recommend this man.

The entire team keeps us up and running at Judicious Spirits which is very important to those of us in the cooler business - thanks to Dave and Jason - Pam does all she can to get our appointments taken care of in a timely manner - at our home my husband had the pleasure of meeting Justin Neaves who provided friendly service in a professional manner at a young age. Kudos to the whole team!

Bought a new heating and air conditioning system about one year ago. Well nothing can stop a Trane is far from the truth. It went out last week, after a couple service calls we were told Wednesday it was the Compressor, should be in by Monday! No calls, Tuesday morning my husband called. Now they think it should be here Friday! We live in Arkansas it's hot and humid full of Oak Pollen, two weeks without the AC unit you paid so much money for is unacceptable. I am not happy about this experience at all.
