Jon told us the time he would arrive, how long it would take to complete the job and quoted the cost to remove, re-sheet, waterproof and install new shingles, as well as replace the back patio cover. Out of the three bids we received, Jon was the only one to physically measure the roof. All times and financial estimates were spot on.

The workers arrived ahead of schedule and finished on time. They were friendly and courteous, and they worked very hard. Cleanup was excellent--thorough and complete—with no broken or flattened ornamentals. We have not found anything missed or left behind. Even on the evening of the first day, you could not tell they had been there except for the bundles of shingles on the roof. The job was completely finished in two days. It was enjoyable to see old school work ethic in today's work force.
