I called multiple times and texted. Someone finally returned my phone call.
I met with him. He advised me to contact my insurance company and let him know when they were coming so he could meet them.
He met the roofer and told me he would take care of it.
That was 3 weeks ago. I have called and left several messages and haven't been contacted back.
Apparently, he found put that I have a 2.5 % deductible for my roof, and that he couldn't benefit from billing my insurance, since I'll be paying cash for the difference.
He's hard to contact, his response time is unprofessional, and he'll throw you to the wolves once he sees that he can't eat off of your insurance.
Find a reputable company.
Monroe roofing has the hardest working roofers I've had. They defiantly do an amazing job, quick and for a good price. Will always use them for all of my roofing jobs.
Monroe Roofing has done several roofing projects for me. They have done an excellent job on every one. The owner, Rick Monroe is top notch and inspects each job. All of their workers were very clean and never left the job site messy. Safety was their priority. I have referred Monroe Roofing to many people and will continue to do so.
