We had been experiencing leaking from a storm coming from our roof and we called Zok Roofing late in 2024. Frank was super helpful in the whole process to provide us with a new roof. Our roof was scheduled to be replaced the first available day of the year. The entire roof was replaced within a day and everything was cleaned up the same day. Couldn’t be more happy with our results.
I reached out to Zok Roofing less than 30 days ago about possible storm damage and the need for an inspection. Frank Azok (Owner) and his team arrived within 5 days, on time, and did a thorough assessment. They communicated with me and my insurance company through the entire process and went above and beyond to clearly document damages and ensure the insurance assessment was accurate. The claim was approved and work as promptly scheduled. Zok's team showed up on schedule and did a complete tear off and new roof in 1 day. No debris left behind and all work done as promised. they also completed a replacement gutter job as well and exceeded my expectations. Its rare these days to give a contractor 5 stars, but Zok Roofing/Siding earned it. Thanks Frank and team! Very satisfied.
I am happy to say great customer service is NOT dead. Zok's roofing is unquestionably the best roofing company out there. From beginning to end Frank made the whole process effortless and timely. In one day the removed the old roof and completed the new one! The crew was constantly moving whether they were on the roof or cleaning as they worked. They were vigilant about finding any stray nails, even days afterwards. If you need a new roof, this is your company. I plan on telling everyone I know.
