Tim was so quick to respond to my request and came to check out our roof/gutters. He fixed a hanging gutter on the spot and told us to call him if the issue isn’t resolved (it was). So glad I found them for when I need a new roof!!

The Powell Roofing Company were amazing from start to finish! We filed an insurance claim to replace our roof. Tim & Tim Jr. helped us navigate the complex insurance process with patience and professionalism. They met with us in person (after business hours and over the weekend) to answer questions and pick out the shingle/rubber roofing material for our home.

Once the project began, both Tim & Tim Jr. remained at our residence for the duration of the project. They oversaw parking and traffic control during the project and even personally spoke to our neighbors ahead of the project.

Their team of installers were extremely professional and polite during the project. The team came across some rotted boards during demolition and instead of “patching” they removed all boards and started from scratch.

Tim and Tim were excellent to work with after a storm caused an interior leak in our house. They were able to find the problems and tarp them next day to prevent further damage. Our insurance company was not responsive or easy to deal with and they handled it with ease to get the roof replacement approved quickly. Roof was replaced in a day and looks amazing. Cannot recommend enough.

Definitely complete your roofing project with Tim Sr. and Tim Jr. They put a new roof on my home a couple years back and the whole process was great. They were super helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and ensured I had all the information I needed to make the right shingle selection for my home. They finished the project quickly and everything looked perfect. Two years after our project was completed, I reached out to them after I misdiagnosed a leak in my home. They quickly came out to investigate. What they uncovered was not actually a roofing issue, but a plumbing issue from a project completely unrelated to their work and THEY FIXED IT ANYWAY! Really great people and amazing service. Definitely recommend.

I was very satisfied with my roof replacement from Powell Roofing. They were were prompt on the job and did a fantastic installation including some defective sheeting on the roof that I was not aware of at the start. There clean up of the job was exceptional as I have not found one nail or piece of shingle in my scrubs. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Worked with Powell Roofing to have roofing completed. While completing job they recognized some unseen conditions that needed corrected and were able to make those without a delay in time. There is additional cost, but that is understandable and expected. Very personable to work with and were very timely. Great team to work with on roofing issues.

Very honest roofer. The owners stayed on site during the entire job and made sure everything was perfect. They upgraded our shingles to class 4 impact rating because insurance money came in higher than what they expected. I don’t usual do reviews, but they were exceptional to work with.

They did an assessment on the roof, we talked about issues and options, they provided suggestions, and were very helpful in dealing with my insurance carrier.
