Monarch Roofing Systems

We are very happy with Monarch Roofing and David. My wife and I built a house and for many trades the process was painful due to so many that did poor quality work and were not reliable. Monarch was a breath of fresh air as they were on time, one of the lower bids, and did great work. It has been about 10 months since they installed our roof and we could not be happier as they were even able to mix in some metal roofing that my wife wanted. It looks great thank you!

David and Monarch Roofing is our go to roofing company. He has replaced a roof on one of our rental properties, my parent's home and several of my client's homes while I was in the process of selling it. They are responsive, honest, affordable and do a great job. They stand by their work and do it right the first time. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a roof repair/replacement.

I have been working with Monarch for several years. They have repaired and replaced roofs on a few of my properties. Their entire team is honest, fair priced and do excellent work. I wouldn't use anyone else. You need to give these guys a shot.

We spent over $11,000 on reroofing. We tried several times to contact David to come back for some issues on our flat roof patio. He did come out initially to inspect the problem. He said he would have someone call us to set up an appointment. Never happened. Two messages, on our part, were done to try to contact David. Finally when speaking to David, which was Tuesday after Labor Day, We were assured, "We were not being ignored, and "someone would be out this week", that they were very busy." He also knew we were available this week. To date, no call. I think after $11,000, we deserve better customer service. The phone call was not kind on his part, as an owner. Very disappointing. It's now raining.
