Once I agreed to Cesar inspecting my roof after a hail storm, which he verified, he took care of everything else, including being on-site during the insurance adjuster's inspection. Cesar and Monarch Roofing made the entire process unbelievably easy and really earned my trust. Because of this, I used them to install gutters on four other buildings and soon they'll be working on my shop roof. If you've had bad experiences with other contractors, you won't with Cesar and Monarch Roofing.

Monarch Roofing did a great job on my roof. Cesar was very helpful and explained the process. Monarch got to work right away and completed the job. They did a great clean up as well. I would recommend them to everyone.

I am glad I chose Monarch Roofing and Construction to replace my roof. Cesar explained everything about the replacement process so well I chose a treated shingles that would last longer. They removed the old roof and layer the new one all in one day. I love the color and the efficient work Monarch did on my roof. I had ro have a leak repaired as well and with Monarch having a construction side of they're business I was able to get everything done by one company. Again Cesar thoroughly explained everything which made me feel great about having chose then.

Monarch Roofing and Construction has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From the beginning they were transparent and always available to answer any questions or concerns we had about our roof replacement. On they day the insurance adjuster arrived they were there to make sure that everything was documented and covered so that we would have an accurate representation of the damage. When the crew showed up, Cesar was there throughout the day to make sure everything was running smoothly and even did a few extra last minute repairs that weren't originally part of the job. Over all it was a good experience, Cesar helped with most of the things so I didn’t had to do much. Only thing that I thought that need to be worked on was when I had insurance inspection I wasn’t home so I wanted to move it and they promised that someone will be there from Monarch and nobody was there. It worked out at the end but I would expect people to be there when they said they would.
