Austin was very helpful. He came to look at our problem and explained what is going on. He told me how I already corrected most of it and explained what else I needed to do, all without charging me. I will definitely call him if/when I have issues in the future. I trust companies that don't take advantage of me.

We had our bathroom remodeled and worked with Kansas and Mike. It finished better than I could have expected and both were great and easy to work with. Always responsive and helped with ideas that made it a great space.

The lower level of our home was contaminated due to an unexpected disturbance of old asbestos flooring. Mercedes and her team came in and clearly explained how our furniture and personal items would be cleaned. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We were extremely grateful to be in such good hands!

Monarch was top notch. During April 2025 flooding we took on water in our finished basement. Clean up was a bigger task than we could handle.

We were provided with a number of companies to try to line up for help. Austin at Monarch was first to call back and first to show up (early, in fact) He was able to professionally review our damage and provided great advice.

Monarch provided an extraction team the same day, which was no small task considering the number of homes in the same predicament.

That’s when Kansas took over! Drying us out, clean up, and restoration including drywall, (hard to match) trim, paint and carpet pad were handled very promptly and professionally. They took great care to save our wool carpeting to help minimize our exposure.

All steps were executed on a schedule and if there were any delays, no matter how slight, we were notified ahead of time.

All workers introduced themselves and thanked us for the opportunity to work for us!

Austin’s thorough reports and documentation were accepted for our claim with our insurance company without question.

This unexpected “project” could not have gone any smoother.

They came over in the early evening, right after the dishwasher busted and flooded the kitchen floor. They cleaned and dried out the water under the cabinets and did a great job!

We woke up to water coming in from melting snow/ice. Their team showed up same day (on a Saturday) and got equipment set up to start drying process and removed wet drywall. They cleaned up the mess they made and provided us with all the next steps and needed info.

My basement flooded and Monarch came that day to pump out water and dry basement. Kansas and Austin did a great job cleaning and restoring it back to normal as well as some window and drywall repair I needed done not related to the flood damage. All the staff were friendly and provided high quality work.

We had some extensive water damage to our back door entry way during the rainfall caused by Hurricane Helene. Unsure of what was going on, we called Monarch Restoration to investigate. They were able to identify the cause of the problem, as well as other damage that had been caused in the ceiling and walls in our basement. Monarch was fast and efficient on getting repairs done, and also were able to answer the many questions surrounding the process. Austin dealt directly with insurance for me and was in constant communication with everything that was going on through the entire process. This was reassuring for me during this troublesome time. Monarch was an amazing help to us! We had a tree fall on our house and garage (causing leaks). They were out there same day helping, had a tree service remove the tree the next day, and we had a new roof quickly after that. Their communication was awesome and they were incredibly supportive and helpful. Monarch responded very promptly, professionally, and with a positive attitude to our massive, (more than 38,000 gallons) water leak. We can now recommend Monarch unequivocally and without reservation. Our experience was extraordinarily good: the service was excellent and the price was fair. What more could you ask for?

My wife and I recently decided to replace the old carpet in our basement and we discovered damp spots and mold in one corner. She called Monarch and within a few minutes Austin walked in our back door--we were fortunate that he just happened to be in the neighborhood. He made immediate remediation plans which called for removal of paneling and drywall and treating the affected areas. This led to an overhaul of the entire basement including the installation of an egress window which now provides a safe exit for our children and grandchildren when they sleep in the basement. And it all looks great--the walls, painting, floor covering, woodwork, etc.! Austin went above and beyond with his help and communication and finding outstanding people to take on the various steps and stages of the entire project. (And we found out that Monarch does all kinds of construction and remodeling projects, so it is likely that we will be calling again in the future.) Well done!
