Ian helped my 95-year-old mother-in-law get her roof replaced last summer. He was patient and communicated clearly with her and me. Once the job started, he had great follow-up and attention to detail. Left the job site clean every night and was careful with the trees and landscaping. I heartily recommend Ian!

Cairn has recently replaced my house roof, metal barn and Gazebo roofs, installed new gutters with Gutter Gloves, and have replaced some damaged siding. Ian and the team helped us push through a hail claim with our insurance, which allowed the project to be covered. We didn’t think it was possible! They also came up with a solution for our leaky sunroom and did a great job completing the work in a timely manner. I bought a house that had roof tiles. The tile company went out of business over 10 years ago. Ian was able to find the exact tiles in great shape to replace some tiles that had broken over time. He is the guy if you need to do tile roof repair.

Ten months later, when selling the home, inspection for the buyer found 5 additional damaged tiles. Ian, Emmanuel and Tiffany were most helpful in responding quickly and professionally within a very short timeline. Can't imagine using anyone else for roofing.

This company has over met my expectations. They were patient while I worked out some issues with tenants who did the damage, and always kept me informed as to the status of the project. They stuck to original bid, thought it wasn't done for months and I will used them again for my properties. GOOD JOB!

Top notch professional service! The Cairn Roofing rep explained the service process and answered all my questions. He examined the roof and gutters and provided photos of the work to be done. He also recommended a simple repair that corrected a potential roof leak! The gutter cleaning and repair were completed within the week and photos were provided to show the completed job. Cairn Roofing's work was excellent, and the communication with Ian was fantastic throughout. We had a leaky roof deck whose membrane needed replacing. We requested for and subsequently had Cairn install a fire-rated, class A membrane because we live in the WUI. Ian went above and beyond in answering all of our questions and concerns. I needed a gutter realigned and decided to go with a leaf filter on two of my difficult to get to gutters. Highly recommend Cairn Roofing Group for all your roofing and gutter needs. I got several quotes from roofing companies this past summer after a hail storm - small and large companies. Ian with Cairn was the most genuine, knowledgeable, and worked with my insurance company directly. He was spot on regarding timelines while also setting realistic expectations (i.e. weather), helped with roof color selection by dropping off some samples, and was super communicative throughout the whole process. To top it off, the crew was exceptional. They were respectful of my home, extremely efficient in their install, and clean-up was not an issue. We have a dog so I was worried about roof nails in the backyard and while a few can be missed here or there, the crew was really diligent and Ian came and did a sweep himself at the end of the day.

Ian Davis came out to our home, sat with us on a couple of occasions, listened to what we wanted and made suggestions we hadn't considered, that were available options. He also let us know what we DIDN'T need. Our roof was not done for insurance purposes or because of any disaster, so we had time to make an informed decision and make sure our money was being spent wisely. We interviewed 5 roofing companies, both local and city-centered. While there was ONE that was less expensive, their communication was horrible in comparison. Ian and crew always got back to us, and still check in occasionally to this day. His crew was fast, efficient, friendly, and thorough in their clean up.

I hired Cairn Roofing to install a gutter on my garage, after sustaining water damage from lack of adequate water diversion. They were very professional, came the next day to assess the garage and gave me a quote within 24 hrs. Ian with Cairn Roofing did a wonderful job. We had the exterior of the house painted and the painters badly damaged the roof shingles while painting the dormers on our old Denver bungalow. Ian was able to replace all damaged shingles in a timely manner - the roof looks great. Through this process, we also found out that our Timberline HD shingle color had been discontinued. Ian procured additional bundles of shingles for us so that we have backups in the event of minor roof damage (Denver hail - ugh). We will continue to work with Ian and Cairn Roofing in the future. Cairn Roofing took on my bizarre project. I needed a new roof on my fire training center. It required new decking and shingles. Ian’s proposal was a great and payed out well. He discussed all of the options and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. They showed up on time and cleaned up upon completion each day.

Cairn successfully got my insurance to cover the entire roof and gutters project, which took a lot of work including multiple rounds of requests and follow-ups to gain the necessary approvals.
