TS Roofing - Cowdrey, CO

Terrible customer service. I've called everyday for the past 2 weeks asking for a simple form to be completed so I could get a discount on my insurance. I talked to the owner and she said she was sending it over within 30 minutes. It never made it and 2 weeks later still haven't received it or a phone call back. My insurance agent spoke to them yesterday and they said they would fax the form to them within the hour and it's over 24 hours later and they still have not sent it. My insurance agent has tried calling multiple times today only to have the call ignored.
