We had siding. roofing, gutters, windows, trim and paint damage to our home. I wasn't sure who to trust. I was referred to Greenslate Roofing and Siding by my neighbor down the street who had them on their roof as well.

I had a metal roofing flapping in the wind over eyebrows over windows on the second floor of my Historic House. He was professional, nice and to the point. He quoted me a fair price (compared to the outrageous quotes i received from other companies) He had his employee Jairo over within the hour and it fixed to my satisfaction. GreenSlate Roofing replaced the roof on my house 4 years ago and did such an excellent job I contacted Joe (owner) when I discovered I needed to replace the roof on my gazebo. My initial experience and estimate/sales pitch with a larger company did not do anything to ease my anxiety. I found Joe super easy to work with. Joe & his crew were great! They showed up early & worked late to get our roof done in just a few days! They were conscientious in keeping the job site relatively neat, which isn't easy when trying to crank out lots of roofs. They were also super polite. I originally found this company when I had a leak in my ceiling. Turned out I needed a new roof. That was 5 years ago and they did a great job. I just had to have another roof replacement due to a major hail storm and called Greenslate again. They have taken such good care of me They put my roof on beautifully and included some extras they didn't charge me for. I would use them again. We met with the owner several times and he helped us work with the insurance company to make sure they understood the requirements and cost. We could not be happier with the outcome or the process.

Although I initially hired him to do repairs on our roof, after taking a look he noticed that there was hail damage and worked with us to submit a claim. We ended up having to re-deck the roof due to a poor job the previous owner had done to put the home on the market. Joe took care of all the details, worked with us and the insurance agent, and we've now got a roof that I won't have to worry about for a long time. Our neighbors had their home siding replaced by Joe and his crew a while back. Over the fence we watched them every day through the project. They were a great bunch that were organized, efficient and did a quality job. I called Joe for an estimate on my home and he responded with a thorough and timely quote. It was a reasonable estimate and we agreed to move ahead. Within a couple of weeks, I had to change the scope of the project and scale it back due to some unforeseen circumstances on my part. Joe worked with me to find alternative solutions and other options. In the end, we did not move forward with Joe because the repairs needed were outside of his normal scope of operations. Joe is a real professional and it was a pleasure working with him. He is a person of character and integrity that truly wants to satisfy his clients.

Greenslate replaced two of my roofs and all of my siding. It was hassle free and painless. All I had to do was pick out the colors. They did the rest. It was done in a very timely fashion.
