I came across Monarca Construction late during a previous master bathroom remodel (wish I had discovered them earlier!). We then chose them to do a 1st floor bathroom remodel for us which included demo, new tile flooring, new toilet, new vanity/sink, plumbing connections and a new light/relocation. They also re-textured our walls (changed from knock-down to orange peel) and painted walls and ceiling. We are very satisfied with the work. Carlos and his assistant were consistently professional and respectful of us and our home. I highly recommend Monarca Construction to others.

I have worked with Monarca Construction on many projects and I've been impressed with the process and results every time. They have completely remodeled two rental apartments for me, installed kitchen flooring after resolving water damage, and did quite a bit of exterior work, as well. Carlos provides detailed estimates, performs to high standards and gets the work done on time. He is knowledgeable in ALL areas. I love working with him because I can trust him. After the nightmare I experienced from extensive damage due to a water leak, it was a welcome relief to hire Monarca to repair and remodel my guest bathroom.

Carlos and his team were extremely knowledgeable and professional and not only returned the bathroom to working order but did a beautiful job in the process. They carefully listened to my requests and concerns. Then, they transformed the once dated, drab space into a stunning example of modern craftsmanship.

I was impressed that they completed the project on time and within the proposed budget. I would definitely recommend and hire them again!

Monarca Construction did a couple of exterior stair structures and removed and cleaned up a back area of our house. They did a great job in every respect, including the clean up and takeaway of the old stairs.

Carlos and his team did a wonderful job installing our windows. They were here on time and worked into the next day to complete the job including installation of the casing boards. They were meticulous in detail and finish. I would highly recommend this business.

Work was better than I could have anticipated, was ahead of schedule, and believe it or not, below budget. Our bathroom remodel brand is about $12,000. $5,000 less than the closest competitor. And despite us buying the wrong items multiple times, they were the ones who were willing to drive down to Everett to get the right items on their dime. Work was exceptional, the entire bathroom flows so perfectly. And their work is incredibly thorough they took the entire room down to the studs put in new subfloors and everything.

I called at 9 AM on a Thursday to get a quote to drywall a bedroom that I could not save from a hundred years of wallpaper. I had a quote by 11 AM and the drywall was up the following day by 6 PM. I was so happy with the work that I asked them to come back the next day and paint it. Amazingly prompt and quality service. I will be working with this company again.

I needed an old deck slightly repaired and to build a cost effective railing around it so my young child can play on it safely.
I had met with about 8 different people. With varying ideas and costs. Carlos from Monarca provided the best solution. His quote wasn't the cheapest, but his work is worth every penny. He did amazing work, and exceeded my expectations.
I would most definitely use his company for all of my future indoor/outdoor projects!
