Brattleboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I purchased a 25 ram RHO. I told them I wanted to use one bank and I still keep getting credit apps back. Then the trucks paint was all scratched when they delivered it. I also found lots of place where the paint was bad either from the factory or where they damaged it. They took it back buffed all the clear off the hood ruin the hood and then said they were not a today shop and to go elsewhere. I have had multiple cases opened and still no fix. I'd stay away from this dealership unless you want to be added to list of new car owners that wish they never went there.

I went to this dealership hoping for one car I saw on their website and I got it! They were so easy to work with and helped me with everything and explained everything to me for a quick process. This is my second vehicle from Brattleboro’s CDJR and I will be returning in the future if I have to. They got me in a really great and reliable vehicle.

My wife and I showed up at Brattleboro CDJR to look at an SUV. Joe met us at the door and was super polite and helpful. Not only did he work hard to tell us all the ins and outs of the vehicle, but allowed us to drive it in the city and open road to get the best feel for it. My experience with Anne Marie and other staff at this dealership couldn’t be any better. They were so friendly and helpful from the minute I arrived in their parking lot and it just got better. I left there in a new to me vehicle in just a couple of hours. So thanks to this team.

By far the worst experience at a dealership I have ever had in my entire life. I am only leaving one star because it is not an option to leave zero.
These people agreed upon a deal with me to trade in my 2023 Ram 1500 and purchase a new 2024 Ram 3500 and after calling me everyday for a week to buy their truck I agreed to do so but I got my own financing. I checked with them multiple times to clarify what the out the door price was with my own financing and they told me the deal was the deal. I showed up to the dealer today with a check in hand and the OWNER of the dealership took me into his office and said that they would NOT honor the written deal that they had with me because “they would lose too much on my trade”
Business is business and a deal is a deal and they basically told me to leave with my check.
I have contacted the Attorney General along with the Ram corporate offices and I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

brandon was amazing! he worked with me and got me into a nice jeep within my monthly payment bracket! he went above and beyond and did everything online for me so all I had to do was go to the dealership and move my plates over from my trade in!! he made it fast and easy!

I went in for a routine oil change and ended up paying $275 for that oil change plus a cabin air filter to which they tacked on an extra $85 labor fee plus another $30 for "shop supplies". When I called and complained I was told "that's just what it costs". I was not quoted a price for the cabin air filter when asked if I wanted it replaced and they had already went into the glove box and taken it out before they asked me if I would like it replaced. The "manager" also told me that oil changes usually cost $150 when the breakdown on my receipt was clearly $110. My bad, maybe on not pressing further before i paid but after being a loyal customer BEFORE this dealership changed hands, there is something to be said for continuity of service to which there was none provided here. Procede with caution with this dealership. They lost a customer for service and future purchases.

Just bought a jeep from here. Nick was great to work with, he was the only salesperson on the floor that day. He was juggling several people that day but always was checking in. Never felt pressured into making my purchase ( which I greatly appreciate).

Today was an awesome day Nick waited for us to look at the Jeeps before he approached us. He was helpful and kind it was a great experience with sales hassle. Thank you so much. When it's time to trade my car in. I will definitely go see Nick again.

Had an amazing buying experience yesterday at Brattleboro CDJR!
Saw a jeep on the lot that I fell in love with. I went inside and was warmly greeted by a no hassle, no nonsense salesman named Al. I decided the jeep was for me, and found the buying process to be extremely comfortable.
The dealership was very recently purchased by new owners. I’m sure the transition process is a monumental task, but it did not stop the new owners from introducing themselves to me and making me feel like a part of the family.
I strongly recommend anybody looking forward to stop by this location. Fantastic people, and great service!

I bought my first car from a dealership here a couple days ago coming from out of state (NY). The staff here made the process as easy as it could be and were very patient and helpful at every step along the way. I’m very happy with both my purchase and the service that I received here. Nick Diak was great to work with! I was buying out-of-state, which can be a nerve-wracking experience, but Nick guided me through the process and made the entire thing painless. Service manager is completely unacceptable regardless of who they say owns the dealership. The service manager does not repair what is requested but instead fabricates costly repairs. Please don't trust this dealership with your vehicle; they are not a reputable operation. Take your jeep to Hillsboro where they know how to take care of people properly.

I found a Jeep Wrangler online, sent a message & they responded immediately; when I arrived at the dealership I was greeted promptly & courteously with all sales paperwork ready to sign. Nick and Brandon made sure the sale went smoothly & answered all questions I had. I highly recommend Brattleboro CDJR!

Staff were very helpful and patient. Price of cars seemed fairly priced as well. Only issue was a bit of a wait due to bank shenanigans.

Napoleon was awesome. Easy to talk to, and did all the leg work for me. At no point during the test drive or buying process did I feel pressured into something I didn't feel comfortable with. I was asked to give it a couple of days to finalize paperwork before it would be ready, but was ready within a day. A very smooth process and will be sticking with them in the future.

John was great at explaining everything that needed to be done. He also explained that there were things covered under the maintenance plan but it unfortunately expired without notice a month earlier. All in all McGee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Brattleboro is awesome

I was looking for a new Santa Mobile as mine was totaled 2 weeks prior... Specifically i was looking for a 2013-2017 Ford Escape. I saw that Mcgee in Brattleboro had one Close to my price range. I called and spoke to Brandon. He gave me alot of information and helped me thoroughly. I did tell him that it was priced a bit above my range and if they could hit a certain number i would certainly come out and test drive with the intent of buying. He got back to me in 20 mins that they could in fact meet my demands. I drove the two hours to Brattleboro and spoke with Sam and Brandon were so much help. The car drove like a dream and is beautiful in and out. So, I bought it right then and there. They delivered it to my home two days later... 24 hours after I received the vehicle, i heard a VERY loud exhaust leak that was not there when they delivered it. I called Mcgee and was given Joe who is the manager. I told him my predicament. He called me back and said that i could go to a local shop to get an estimate. If it was under a certain dollar amount i could get it fixed locally. If it was too much, they would do it there in Brattleboro, but regardless... even though it was a used As-IS purchase. They would fix it. THAT is customer service and standing behind your brand. The only really hiccup was the registration transfer to NY but that was quickly fixed when they became aware. Though the dealership is 2 hours away, when I am looking for another vehicle, I will to McGee first. You guys have gained a loyal customer.

This is the second car I have purchased from McGee, both times I had great experiences. My salesman Sam was great! He was supportive and not pushy in the slightest. I have shopped at OTHER dealers and have felt pressured, made to wait unnecessarily, and less than honest with pricing and trade in allowance. That is was NOT the experience I had at McGee and with Sam. They went above and beyond and made all aspects of the experience enjoyable and easy.
I will definitely be returning to McGee and to Sam for my next car!

McGee Auto is always honest with me and always follows through in the most efficient and effective way. I have spent a lot of money with them on my 2012 Jeep Cherokee. Only once did their repair work fail...it was their fault and they instantly made the necessary adjustments at no additional cost. I trust them. The service folks are always friendly and explain every detail of what they are doing.

I worked with Sam on a 2022 Outback Wilderness. Had a great experience working with him and the delivery drivers who brought the car and all the paperwork right to our door. It was our easiest car buying experience and would recommend them to anyone in the market.

Had a great experience, Sam was awesome! No pressure, very helpful and knowledgeable with questions. They gave me Compatible trade in for my truck and I was in and out in a short time with my new suv. Would definitely consider going back there but I got a Toyota so it’s gunna be a while.

Edit: The dealership was sold after I bought my car less than 1 year ago. I bought a prepaid service plan for oil changes, tire rotations, etc. When I called to schedule my latest oil change, I was told by the service department that the new owners would not honor my service plan. I needed to drive to Springfield to get my oil changed. The whole reason I bought the service plan was to make my life easier.

I had planned on buying future vehicles at this dealership, however after this experience, I'll be going elsewhere. If for some reason the dealership decides to make good on the service plan, I may reconsider.

Dillon was absolutely amazing! In just 3 hours he got me into a car that I love. He got me a great deal on my trade in too. He was completely professional and helpful the entire time. He even walked me through the car's settings and got the Bluetooth connected before I left the lot. 100% recommend!

We dealt with Sylvia and she was very good i took my truck in today to get an inspection causeway I bought the truck I was supposed to get free inspection as long as I owned it along with that I paid for oil changes up front as part of the deal so I am supposed to get them also well went today to find out thst they have been sold so all my stuff is gone unless I take it to Claremont to the dealer up there then they might honor it .. but it's NH do they want do vermont inspection.. never do that again ...

This is my 4th purchase at McGee in Brattleboro, and SAM does not fail to exceed my expectations as a client.

Let's start by him contacting another McGee dealership to get the car I wanted, sent right away. Being a busy single-dad, he brought the car to my home, and let me see and drive it there.

Within hours we negotiated a perfect deal, although as a "tough" customer, the price was fair, and as I sold SAM and the sales manager, HIS service and the car was "WORTH EVER PENNY".

This car is for my teenage daughter, that has her permit and will drive herself soon, so the car needed to be safe, and economical, and YES, a little sporty. Mission accomplished.

July 1,2024 Return visit for oil change and tire rotation All good except jeep did not get taken into garage for service appointment at 1:00 At 1:15 I mentioned it to service desk and they just said shortly

Scheduled a State Inspection and got it serviced while I was there. Unfortunately the dealership never informed me of a recall that involves the catalytic converter overheating. The only way I found out was an email from recall alerts from Mopar the day after the inspection. Why didn't they say anything to me the day of inspection?
