Had a great experience with Mold Testing Services. Gabriel was able to come quickly to check out a mold concern we had. He was very thorough in checking out not just that area but around and under the house and taking air samples. He sent over the results the next day and thankfully let me know professional remediation wasn’t needed and how to clean it up myself.

I HIGHLY recommend Mold Testing Services. They did a fantastic job locating mold in the home we are under contract and inspecting. He was so thorough and explained the whole process, and what needed to be done to fix it. He even crawled thru the small attic and both crawlspaces! He is extremely responsive and has some of the best customer service I’ve seen. His prices are extremely reasonable, and he is unbiased as he ONLY does testing not the remediation.

Possible mold issues in a home are a scary thing. Gabriel is extremely professional and has a lot of experience in the field. He is very knowledgeable, but also able to explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. He is fantastic at explaining the mold inspection/testing process, was happy to answer my many questions, and I was left with a feeling of peace knowing that any possible issue was in good hands. I have every confidence in the report being done by Gabriel. It eased my worries to know he would be able to find any possible mold and create a protocol to mitigate any issues. Gabriel with Mold Testing Services is very experienced and professional. I can tell he’s very passionate about what he does. He answered all my questions and gave me a lot of tips and information in person and in his official report that he emailed to me. I live in Huntsville which is in his radius of service (without an extra drive fee). Since he doesn’t offer remediation himself, I really trusted his diagnostics and appreciate how many DIY suggestions he offered.
