I was so happy with the quick response time as well as the time he took to fix the leak on my roof. It was a lot of work and it looks amazing. I have used this company in the past and have always been very satisfied with their service.

We had a specific date needed work done. He asked for half up front and told me he would t warranty the under side of the roof only the product. I was okay with that. I paid the upfront before he began project in good Faith with specific instructions I wanted it started soon. Then he delayed because of another project then bad weather set back project further. He did manage to get the job done before deadline, but whined a lot during g his work about his company vehicle in the shop. Applied silicone roof was going to leave when Iwe could clearly see it was not sufficient protection ton layer. Finally it did not drain properly even though when he came to bid the project I specifically told him to compensate the application in areas that would not drain because could clearly see indentations from old roof. Stated “ There’s not much I can do about that. It’s a coating over an old roof. I can’t control that.” Epuld hsve liked to give Gaston 5 stars, but definitely was not the professional service I signed up for.

Recently used Gaston for a roofing problem we had. We got in contact with him and he gave us a reasonable quote. When he finished he showed us all his work. We will continue to use Gaston for any future problems with our roof.
