I advise you to stay far far away from this company. After the tornado in our town hit, these people showed up to do a free estimate on the damages done. We went and sat in the office and they were going through all the damages to send off to insurance and something didn’t feel right about what they were doing. We inquired about how much the roof would cost and they wouldn’t tell us. They kept beating around the bush. They tried to claim all our personal property allotment and other stuff, trying to get as much out of our insurance for themselves as possible. They told us “don’t worry you won’t have to pay anything out of pocket” and wouldn’t let us pay the deductible out of pocket. They were trying to get whatever money insurance was giving us to repair/replace other things. I didn’t sign anything and the only thing my husband signed was a paper acknowledgment that they had insurance so they could get on the roof for the estimate. They tarped about 250 sq feet of the roof and nothing else. Materials weren’t sent. Work wasn’t started or even agreed upon because they refused to give us a cost. We decided not to continue with them and then they said we owed them 25% of what the insurance is giving us. They sent an invoice to us that was very different than the one to the insurance adjuster. They were told at maximum the tarping they did would be $500 and we owe nothing else as nothing else was done. And they sent us an invoice claiming we owe them $6,500. This company is scamming people. I should have known better than to try and do business with them as they don’t have reviews and they aren’t local.
