Not very happy with them, I wanted to place an order for some faux stone and the guy was supposed to get me a quote and send it to my email to no avail. My wife called several times the first day and couldn’t get one so I called back the next day about 11:00 and the guy said he was late getting to work but he would get it out to me and still nothing, this is day 3 and still nothing so I ordered it somewhere else. It would have been a $2500 order, who doesn’t want that?

This place has really really went downhill hill since bob lewis moved to greener pastures , and Micheal was put out to pasture, the guy Jeff behind the counter is slower than a stimulus check, and MBS always out of stock Of key components to complete a job , Most of the guys that work there don’t know the product or what the applications are they screw your order up and then when you confront them about it they laugh about it , I’m surprised you’re still open they should make modern great again and bring back Bob Lewis
