MOBILE RV REPAIR AND SERVICES

While John was available, and helped us right away, he did not put screws into the seals he replaced, and they slipped out. We just got to Illinois, and the whole seal and wiper came off. I prefer using mobile RV technicians, but this left me with concerns in the future.
Addition to my original, we had to have the wiper seal completely replaced, because it was so poorly done.
The issue definitely was not a dip in the slide out. It was your work. According to the mobile repair person, the wiper seal was the wrong size, and the work done installing it was awful. They apologized for our experience with a Mobil service. Now that the mobile repair person in TN repaired it, we have had no more problems. We have been through several rain storms

I’ve had this gentleman come out and install an AC unit in my camper, but the reason for one star is bc he had me pay him before I could inspect the work. Upon inspection he failed to installed the thermostat correctly and it now hangs off the wall and didn’t hook the furnace up to the thermostat. I’ve spent 2 months trying to get him to fix it and he refuses todo so. He’s has no called no showed almost a dozen times. EXTREMELY unreliable, and doesn’t mind screwing ppl. I’d strongly recommend using someone more dependable and honest. I didn’t know he’s been in and out of prison before I hired him and invited him into my personal space which he seemed proud to tell me all about while he was here. In the text you can read he doesn’t care and when told I will contact legal he states let’s see how that works out for you.

John recently installed a new water heater in my 5th wheel. First I would like to highly recommend him for any type of Rv repair. 2nd I would like to thank him for providing a dying service that is so greatly needed. Mobile Rv service is almost gone. 3rd I want to express my opinion that if you have a need for a repair, Do not hesitate to call John for help. He is without a doubt the best we have ever experienced in over 20yrs of RVing. Thank you John!

John is a stand up guy and great technician. John was able to install a new GE roof A/C, control box and thermostat and make it all work with my furnace (I was told by others it can’t be done). He is super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We were on our way north from Florida when our A/C died. After a fiasco with a “big box store camping place in Jacksonville we decided to head north to meet friends in Cross, SC. John was recommended by the campground manager and we never looked back. It’s so nice and cool in our RV! We can 100% recommend Joh’s Mobile RV Service!

Our slide out wouldn't retract, called John, he was there within 24 hrs and got us back on the road. Fantastic service at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend him.

New GE AC installed, and now a month later, I'm in SC, temp 95 outside and Soooo cool in my RV... my nuts are cold. Price was better than most and service was good.

I called about a problem with the ac not cooling, john told me he would be there next day afternoon....I had to cancel two doctor's appointments to be there to meet him...he never showed up or called....way to go. I needed there help and didn't show....great way to run a business

First and only phone call to this company and got a immediate response. He came the next day and repaired our air conditioner. Could not have had any better service. Very pleased with the service and response. Recommend this company. Exceptional service.

John is always someone that you can count on..He’s extremely knowledgeable abt his profession and a super nice man!! If anyone needs a heating /AC guy I promise you won’t be disappointed

This guy is a lifesaver! Driving from NJ to SC we had a mishap. John Thomas was able to rearrange his schedule and get us taken care of immediately and with quality work. We were so incredibly happy with his level of service, especially with out of town customers. I would highly recommend!

We were at Santee State Park when a severe thunderstorm hit. By the time I was able to tilt the awning I heard a big pop and then couldn’t retract the awning. This was a Saturday night. Called Mobile RV and John came out Sunday morning. He was able to retract and strap the awning so that we were able to travel home. A true professional gentleman!

I would definitely recommend John! After being ripped off by a different company/person, John was recommended to me, and he didn't disappoint. He not only figured out what was wrong and got everything fixed in a timely manner, he was affordable & very kind to my elderly father. Great work ethic & wonderful character.

The fan on my heat pump broke into pieces due to a loose screw - I did not know that at first, but explaining what had happen (the noises and seeing pieces of the fan inside the ac unit cover) the best I could to John over the phone - he knew exactly what I needed. As soon as the new fan blade came in, he had my heat pump up and running! No more cold nights for this guy! John was extremely responsive to my calls/texts during the process and is extremely honest! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for repairs/services on their RVs and I will definitely keep his number in my phone in case I need him in the future for any unforeseen RV repairs. I have owned 4 Rv's and of course all of them needed some kind of service.
Well our latest RV, a 2017 Thor 25.2 Axis, suffered a big time electrical problem. The driver pulled away from the shore power while connected! I also took it upon myself to upgrade our house batteries to lithium ion phosphate batteries. Needless to say, I didn't connect those properly.
John came out to where our rig was, I told him all of the things that were wrong and he went to work.
This technician knows his stuff and never hesitated at anything. Along the way of the repair, he kept me updated and taught us a lot about our electrical system.
I highly recommend John because he is the most knowledgeable person to repair a problem on any rig!

John came and did an amazing job on our Air Conditioner. He took it completely apart and cleaned it from top to bottom. By the time he had finished it ran like it was brand new. I will never call anyone but this man to assess and repair my RV. He's incredibly knowledgeable and an amazing mechanic. I can't recommend him enough.
