MN Roofing and Construction

I used MN Roofing to replace entire roof and gutter system on my house in Columbus. I found their pricing and workmanship to be as equal or better than the large competitors. I was fortunate to have my insurance company participate in the replacement cost of the roof and MN did the job within the quote from Insurance company. MN brought my roof up to code with drip edges and also added items such as ridge vents to replace my old hat vents. This would have been an additional cost with the competitors. Staff cleaned up surrounding area well after installation and manager always responded to my texts and emails in a timely manner. Overall, very good experience!

We have used MN Roofing for both a new roof and new gutters and downspouts and have been very pleased with both. They are always on-time, thorough and professional in the work and the cleanup following the project has been excellent. The company responded quickly after I contacted them. They came out and did the inspection and made the process easy with the insurance company. Work was done soon after approval was completed. The new roof looks amazing and was done efficiently.

We had many opinions as to what the cause of the problem was since the roof shingles looked in good repair. One company said, just call us when you notice leaks and we'll come out and look for nail pops and fix them, that's the way roofs work in Ohio. Another company said it was condensation. Craig looked in the attic, found we had appropriate insulation and air flow, eliminating condensation. His research gave us a great deal of confidence that we needed plywood on top of our 70 year old, shrunken 1X10. Tar paper on top of so many gaps and knot holes was the primary problem. His personal guarantee of his work, in addition to his training/certification for the shingles manufacturer, his personal work ethic cinched our decision to go with him. When, during bad rain we had constant drips, he reprioritized his work to get us scheduled that week! His hard-working crew got the entire roof finished in 1 12-hour day! Great work, Craig and team. Mark was sent out by my insurance due to wind/storm damage.. I didnt know what to expect because I know nothing about roofing. He was very professional and personable at the same time. Easy to talk to. Explained everything in a way I could understand. Always responded quickly to my text.. came out several times to tarp areas when the damage continued while waiting for insurance approval..The entire crew was also great.. Highly recommend.

The work crew arrived on time around 7am and were very courteous. They removed the old roof down to the wood, took out four old vents, replaced the wood and had the new roof on by 3 pm. The new roof looks great. No mess was left behind and they ran magnets to make sure no metal was left to step on or drive over. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The work happened quickly. This house is 3300 sf and they were done with tear-off and re-roof in one day! The crew was polite, friendly and respectful of my property. They cleaned up thoroughly and left my place looking great. The follow up was quick to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I just cant say enough without sounding like a hallmark card. You will NOT be disappointed.

These guys are awesome! The owner of the company is a very nice guy and came to our house to go over everything with us. He gave us options on quality and color of our new shingles. The crew were amazing to watch and they worked very efficiently and also took the time to properly address issues caused by wind damage and a leak around my chimney. The price was literally half of what the big companies around here charge. Very happy with everything and it looks great.

MN Roofing did a fabulous job on replacing my roof from wind and hail damage. They were responsive to phone calls and emails. Quality work completed on designated timeline. They cleaned up and painted the vents to match the roof. I am much more secure with the shingle that they recommended against future storms.

I needed a new roof.
I had a new roof and wood replaced because of the wood retaining moisture and was rotting. So that company put in a ridge vent and said it would take care of the moisture. BTW, that was a big name roofer.
The rotting wood returned.
A friend suggested MN roofing.
MN came out and inspected my roof.
They saw that I had no eve vents.
Without eve vents, the ridge vent was useless.
MN showed me a new product e-vents that fit under the first layer of shingles and solved the problem.
They did a fantastic job on my roof. Helped me understand every step.
I will use them from now on!

New roof, siding, shutters, soffit, fascia and gutters. From pulling into the driveway to completely done 3 1/2 days. Completely transformed my home. 30 year warranty on shingles at prices with no warranty. This was an insurance claim they offered 6k, which wouldn't pay the costs. Craig helped me get 18k to cover all the damages caused by the wind storm! Would use 10/10 times if given the choice. Also my house is over an hour from them and it was never an issue! No sense in paying some shade tree guy 90% of what you'd pay them and getting no warranty, pay once and get it done right!!

MN Roofing was fantastic. They helped my navigate the claims process and even spoke to my adjuster when an issue came up. They were very through and cleanly throughout the entire process. The roof was installed professionally and all debris was cleaned up after the work was done. I would definitely call again if I need any other work done.

Craig and his team have done two roof repairs for me. One was flashing and the other a leak repair. They are always professional, straightforward and good high quality work at a reasonable price. I have recommended them to friends since then and will continue to use them for my roofing needs.

I used MN Roofing for my siding job and it was not an easy one! Loved the fact that the quote I received remained true through the project. I added gutters last minute and Mark accommodated the changes and made several trips to bring samples to make sure everything was the way that we wanted it and didn’t charge any extra for the time.
