Michael and his team just completed an amazing job for us on our home in the Maplewood area of Victoria. They worked extremely hard and completed the job quickly and efficiently. our house is in Saanichton, Mike and Doug uncovered additional leakage problems once the shingles were removed and they had to replace approximately 25 sheets of plywood. They worked steadily for four days and when I received the invoice only the cost of the plywood had been added. Good honest Craftsmen are rare and nice to find. thanks

Last week M&M Roofing replaced our old roof in our Oak Bay home and removed a decomissioned chimney. Mike and Shawn were very effective and did high quality work. They found several areas where the old roof showed signs of water damage. After checking with us, they replaced the affected areas with new plywood before covering them with underlayment and new shingles. They installed new flashing and vents. They put out tarps around the house so there would be no roofing waste material in our yard. After each day's work, they left the area tidy and clean overnight. The end result is a beautiful looking roof that we will enjoy for years to come.

Mike and Sean did a terrific job of reroofing our house. They were knowledgeable, polite, always on time, worked for the entire day, and happily answered any questions or concerns that we had. We have a zero lot line house and they found some serious and unknown to us, problems underneath the shingles in that area which they repaired very effectively and professionally. They also discovered that the skylights were not properly installed and repaired that. They proceeded in a very step-by-step and logical fashion, never leaving the roof uncovered. for any length of time. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up not only when they were finished the job, but at the end of every day! We have no hesitation at all in highly recommending them for roofing repairs or replacement.

They were working for 4-5 days and when they left each day, other then the tools/ladders neatly set aside, you wouldn't know they were here. Very pleased with Mike, he answered my call right away and offered to come by in between other jobs to do a quick repair on our roof that was causing a leak into the house. Excellent service; definitely recommend M&M Roofing.

Mike had provide a excellent service as in => one phone call for appointment prompt estimate quote back in few days, he manage to set up approximate time of his coming => 2 months to dated the garbage container showed up the material delivered, in two days Mike and his assistant strip old roofing shingles install new plywood, new vents, new flashing, new valleys and clean up. Recently had M&M re-roof our house. Mike and his team provided great service from quote to install. Necessitated by an extensive home renovation, I appreciated that M&M

Mike and his crew came to our rescue during a winter storm when the roof was leaking. He and his crew worked above and beyond to tarp and then repair the roof. They were very professional and understanding of our situation. We highly recommend M and M Roofing.

I was very happy with M&M's work and definitely recommend them. The price was good, and the work was very efficiently and steadily done. The communication was great: I always knew how things were going and what my options were when decisions had to be made. Tarping was reliable even in big winds when work was underway in winter and the clean-up was great.

We found M&M roofing when our roof started leaking two days before Christmas. Our call was returned promptly and within three hours, our roof was fully tarped. The new roof was fully installed three weeks later. It was done quickly, professionally and looks great. Communication was very clear and the clean up was very thorough.

My only challenge was he is quite busy so I had wait my turn. Mike offset this concern by helping me with the temporary tarp solution.

This company gets 2 stars only because they gave me a good quote. What good is that if they don't show up? I thought as he would finance this job he was a really nice guy. After being 2 months late I called and said what gives? I had secured 95% of the cost of this job and still one more month goes by and the rain and the wind came and I am losing more shingles. Still no show, no calls... If in doubt call Sam the Roofer. I did and I got a 50 year shingle not a 30 year....at the same price. Now I don't care why they didn't call.

Mike knows his stuff. Prompt site inspection and quote. Showed up the next day to drop off materials and his guys got done ahead of schedule. They were well mannered and properly cleaned up after themselves at the end of the job.

Hiring M&M was the best decision I have made for my rental property. After requesting a quote online, I heard back from the owner, Mike, the very next morning with the estimate ready. Not only was the quote cheaper than the competition, but I was presented with different options to choose from. A week later, the roof was replaced and the job was done, cleaned up and the property back to normal. I will be referring this company whenever possible.

Hired them to replace my home and garage roof after watching another company replace my neighbors roof. M&M were at the job site early, they did the work on time and on budget while improving our roof.

What really set them apart was how well they communicated challenges and how thorough their clean up was. We have three small kids 2, 4 and 6 and I was concerned about discarded nails. My kids didn't find a single nail on the ground - that is amazing! Strongly recommend them - they are fast, efficient and communicated very well.
