During a recent storm in Lewes, DE, we thought we had a leak in our roof. Marvin went up to the roof, and went into the attic. He did take pictures of the roof showing us that we had 3 tiles that were cracked. And when he looked in the attic, he said everything was dry. He also took pictures. While he was here we asked him about painting our ceiling throughout the house. He gave us a reasonable estimate and was at the house within 3 days to do the painting. He works very hard and his employees also work very hard. When they left after painting, everything was tidy. Highly recommend Marvin at ML Roofing. Patricia Newman - Red Mill Pond
Other contractors walked around the house and looked at the roof, then offered an estimate. Marvin put up a ladder and after reviewing the shingle work, took pictures to show us what needed to be done. We gave him the contract and he did a great job.
I have now hired Marvin to lay LVP in three large rooms. It included pulling old rugs and the staples and mess that comes with it. He is extremely detail oriented and really does a wonderful job for a fair price.
