Bought the truck from this dealership, had some issues afterwards but after contact the management all problems were resolved very quickly.

Very welcoming personnel in all service components. They genuinely care about their customers and they strive to meet all customers’ needs. What a splendid welcome when I took my truck for service, Their quick response to my truck issues was quite plausible and many a time the service manager himself offered to give me a loaner car or his own truck to use for any need I may have. Not to mention other treats like coffee every morning and cupcakes….what a service, simply amazing. I would highly recommend Ball Volvo Truck and Tire Center to everyone I know.

I drove over an hour to get there they state in their advertisement that they are open on Sat, but once there, they have not even updated the sign on the door since 2022 looks like...had a injector system problem but glad there is a Flying j close by and I ended up there..

Well, this latest experience was not a good one.
I called and set an appointment to have some service items addressed. 2 weeks prior. I left it over the weekend to be worked on Monday. I call Monday morning. Shop foreman asks how.long can he have my truck because they were behind. From the week before. Sure would have been nice if someone could have taken the time to call before I wasted 6hrs of my time, not to mention
The wasted fuel. I used to brag this place up to everyone. I bet you can guess what will be said now.

The owners and service technicians at BALL VOLVO treat you like family! We purchased our VOLVO from BALL back in January 2020, and have absolutely zero complaints about the Truck or BALL VOLVO! Their service here is first rate! If I could give them 10-STARS I would. I have deadheaded over 350 miles to BALL VOLVO, just to be sure things were done right, when it comes to having work done to my 2020 VNL860 GLOBETROTTER. If you are considering a purchase or just need service work, it is well worth your time, money and effort to get here. I trust them, and they are fast, fair and honest, no doubt! Keith and Carla are fantastic! My husband and I always experience courteous service. Everyone is very professional and proficient. I can trust that they will repair our truck without any unnecessary incurred costs or repairs. Very nice people. We installed a solar energy system for them and they are some of the best people we have worked with. I highly recommend checking them out if your in the market for a new truck or if you need any mechanical work done.
