I had a piece of paint peel off the ceiling and below, on the floor, was plaster residue. I went up in the attic and saw that we had a leak. Based on many highly positive reviews on our neighborhood google group board, I called Mike. Within minutes, I had been scheduled for an assessment of the issue. A couple of days later, Roger came out, found the problem (a roof nail had popped through a shingle), and addressed it with some silicone, finishing up with a walk around the roof to look for other potential trouble spots. All-in-all, the company was great to work with, very responsive, and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again should the need arise.

I am grateful that a neighbor recommended MK Roofing to assess the overall condition of my roof and repair an issue. Roger quickly scheduled a time to survey my roof, provided a quote, scheduled the work, and then completed it. Easy to communicate with and transparent throughout the process.

I woke up early this past Sunday morning to a leak in my master bath. onto NextDoor for some referrals. MK Roofing had so many great reviews, i started with them. Mike, the owner answered the phone, asked some questions and within 20 minutes, his project mgr Roger called me to set up an appt for Monday. I asked for an early appt as my day was jammed with previous commitments. he said no later than noon but would try earlier. got to me at 10:30 a.m., diagnosed the situation quickly, quick trip to HD and by 3:45 pm, the job was complete. he explained everything that was going to be fixed, looked over my 18 yr old roof and although everything was ok, he added a pipe collar to a vent i was concerned about, caulked the furnace vents & sealed some nail heads. Mike and I and Roger communicated with each other by text & photos from Sunday thru completion. the cost was more than reasonable with a 1 year warranty on labor, 3 years materials. I typically get several quotes for any job but between the previous reviews and the way everyone communicated with me, I was more than comfortable going forward. I highly recommend MK Roofing for your roofing repairs and/or replacements.

MK Roofing did an excellent job and replaced my 20-year-old roof with beautiful Class 3 Impact resistant shingles. Mike, Roger, and the crew were all extremely pleasant and professional and performed the work without any worries. I highly recommend them.

We had a small leak in our roof that started recently after a round of bad storms. We had several roofing companies come by and give us quotes. Mike and his crew were the most upfront and knowledgeable. They told us exactly what to expect and gave us an accurate quote. Other companies offered temporary solutions like siliconing the gap which would only last a couple of years before we had to have it fixed or replaced again. MK Roofing offered a more permanent solution by adding a water proof membrane. The work was quick and reasonably priced. It has been several months and we haven't had any problems. We are very happy with the service we were provided and would use them again.

MK Roofing took care of my parents' home a couple of years ago after storms went through north Atlanta. Years of storm damage, poor repair and patchwork were corrected, and new gutters installed. Mike was great to work with, and kept us informed out of state. He doesn't drive a $100,000 lifted truck to "advertise" the business, instead, he charges a fair price, expands and takes care of employees and customers alike. Fun fact: Multiple neighbors had one of the fancy truck guys do their repairs, and have since expressed their regret for not shopping. Mike is a respectable guy you'll be safe to work with, and lucky to know.
