MK Property Solutions did a fantastic job on our property! Thanks to them we now have a beautiful custom fence, privacy panels, barn, and patio that help make our backyard as secluded as possible for city living. The care and effort that was displayed is appreciated. Dave Gregory's attention to detail and quality are amazing and exactly what you want when you are having work done at your home. His craftmanship is quality work. Him and his team are professional, respectful, pleasant, and an ease to work with. MK went above and beyond our expectations. There is no question these are the guys for you. We’ll definitely be staying loyal to them, and if we should need more work done they’ll be our first and only call. They redid the whole outside of our home, windows, siding, painting, and roof. It doesn’t even look like the same house, and we’re definitely the best looking house on the block.

We requested Danny to come out to give us an estimate to replace a few shingles that were damaged from a storm and a few others that were damaged by a satellite dish on the roof. We also requested him to give us an overall assessment of the roof. He made suggestions to improve the life of the roof, but also mentioned these changes could be made once replacing it. We hired Danny to replace the damaged shingles, he also patched a couple of holes and resealed the flashing around the chimney. When it came time to replace the shingles Danny came to the property and realized that the color of the new shingles was slightly off. He turned around and went back to find a better match, which he did.

Well my name is Ryan and I don't normally write reviews, its my least favorite thing to do.. But due to the outstanding quality and professionalism of MK Property Solutions has impressed me enough to do so this time.. everyone I talked to during my experience was pleasantly polite and very professional. The crew was always prompt, polite ,clean , and respectful, and any questions I had rather it be questions of concern or curiosity, were promptly answered with confidence , knowledge and experience.. That gave me a sense of security knowing that the people working on my home knew exactly what they were doing.. know if's , and's or but"s or excuses. And im also OCD and can usually pick a part someone workmanship , but they were sharp and precise and did things the right way from start to finish.. They didn't cut any corners and were still able to save me money.. The reason being for this review is because they are the first to have earned an A.1 in quality in my book.. So from me to you when it come to roofs , gutters , siding , and bathroom remodeling , I would have to say they're highly recommended.. Statements like these ,for me , do not come easy... thanks again MK for an outstanding job

We hired MK Property Solutions for a 2-day new kitchen cabinet install that turned into a full main floor renovation. Dave, the owner, heard our needs and helped guide us through the work from start to finish. He made our visions come to life. It was so nice to work with one company for all of the various jobs throughout the reno. Dave took care of everything and kept the work moving. They stayed on the job until it was complete.

Separate from the inside renovation, MK also helped us with an outside siding issue that caused water damage. Dave worked directly with our insurance company and made sure we understood what was happening each step of the way.

We called MK Property Solutions for what we thought would be a small job. What they got was much more work, but they called out a full crew to get it done while it wasn’t raining. I just want to say thank you for the hard work, honesty, and fair price. They care about the work they do and they won’t keep putting you off like a lot of other contractors.
